Everything good. Staff was very helpful. Location is a 15 minute walk to the Al-Ghubrah beach, to the Avenues Mall, to Sultan Qaboos Mosque. It is also in a busy commercial area with lots inexpensive restaurants. The buffet breakfast was also excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. WiFi and hot water were working well. I had a very late flight leaving at 11pm, and checked out early in the morning to spend the whole day on a tour before coming back to the hotel around 6pm. The staff allowed me to shower in the gym bathroom before heading to the airport, which was very kind of them.

Room comfort, breakfast, cleanliness

Personnel. After checking out of the hotel (January 5, 2024), my friend remembered that she had left a T-shirt in the room. In the evening of the same day, I wrote to the hotel on WhatsApp. And then the nightmare began. They did not respond to messages and had to write to them again. After that, they replied and promised to check the room and did not return with an answer. I had to write to them again and again they promised to check and did not respond. After my question why they don't answer, they say they need to check and disappear again. As a result, on the fourth day after my next question why they didn't answer, they said they hadn't found the T-shirt. They also did not respond to an email with a request.

The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff was very good. If I go to Muscat again, I will choose this hotel again.

There were no slippers in the room, I think there should be slippers in such a nice hotel. Muscat is a hot country, there should be 1.5 litres of water in the room. This is how it happens in other hotels. But here there was only 0.5 litres of water. The breakfast variety was small, it could have been a little better. The currency in the hotel is very very expensive. I think this is not normal

I love the the size of the very spacious room especially the very comfirtable king bed and bathroom, I had good sleep as it was really quiet.

The location of the hotel is quite a walk from the bus stop. If you have luggage then you would need an airport shuttle or taxi from and to the airport.

The family room in the hotel is large, clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. We arrived in the morning and get the room without paying for the early check-in.

The breakfast area is pretty small and can get crowded at the peak brekfast hours.

Incredible beds. Big kingsize and nice sheets. Really nice and energetic staff. Location is also decent.

My only complaint could be that breakfast was only until 10:00.

Location was very convenient. All major attractions are within 30 minutes driving distance. Room was spacious and clean. Adequate toiletries and linen etc was provided. In house restaurant served nice food. Front desk staff was very helpful.

Excellent and reasonably priced hotel close to restaurants, food shopping, foreign exchange offices. Friendly, helpful and attentive staff. 15-minute walk to Grand Mosque (via Ghurab footbridge) or #1/1A/8 and other bus lines, which go to airport (0.500 OMR). Comfortable bed and pillows. AC. Tea/hot water pot and bottled water in room. Computers in lobby. They change some of the breakfast buffet dishes daily, so not always the same stuff. Food service delivered to room.

Need to take #1 and #3 buses (Ruwi Station) to get to Old Muscat (royal palace, national museum, bait al jubair museum, muttrah fort/souq and corniche), so it is a bit far.

Between the two hotels I stayed in while in Oman, this place was by far the better one, both in terms of price and quality. What I liked: * the room (size, look, quiet) * reception staff * breakfast included * location (has parking, close to some good restaurants, relatively central)

Things to improve: * we were two people, but the cleaning staff insisted on leaving only one set of towels; reception staff solved the problem during the first day, but it happened again on the second * noisy fridge: generally seemed ok, but every few hours it made a sudden and loud noise, including at night; probably was defective
