We booked a two bedroom apartment for four nights and it was excellent. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The rooftop pool is nice, especially at sunset (see picture) and the gym is one of the best equipped that we've used.

Our stay at Fraser Suites Muscat was truly exceptional, made all the more memorable by the outstanding service we received. The suites were spacious, beautifully maintained, and provided a perfect sanctuary after our days of exploring Muscat. One of the highlights of our visit was a breathtaking excursion to the Ad Dimaniyat Islands, a pristine paradise where we snorkeled with sea turtles and marveled at the stunning marine life. This experience was arranged with the help of Reem, a remarkable member of the Fraser Suites team. Reem’s warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. Despite our last-minute request, she worked tirelessly to coordinate everything perfectly, ensuring that we had a seamless and unforgettable experience. Reem’s genuine enthusiasm and dedication to making our stay special truly set her apart and left a lasting impression on our family. The entire team at Fraser Suites Muscat exemplifies the highest standards of hospitality, and we left with a deep appreciation for their efforts. We were happy with our stay. Our room was nice and very well priced for what we got. We were also well looked after by Reem who helped organise our excursions around Oman. She was absolutely brilliant and really made our stay far more enjoyable. I would recommend staying at Fraser Suites and fir sure, get in touch with Reem beforehand to establish your itinerary.

The location is okay, 30 min walk from Sultan Qaboos Mosque and 15 mins from Mall of Oman but there is not much else around the hotel other than these.

We were 2 couple spent 5 days in Muscat and this hotel. + The most important thing that i like was cleanliness. All over the hotel smells good. + Staff were kind , polite , helpful and professional. Specially people who work at reception desk. + Our room was large enough and we had every thing we need in the kitchen. Equipments are perfect. Also, maintenance was uniqe. (We had problem about waching machine, they change it immediately.) + Location was excellent. Near Oman mall and every things are accesible. + gym and pool were clean and fully equipped.

- The lack of level difference between the bathroom and the toilet made the bathroom area always wet. - In the pool, the jacuzzi never worked.

Excellent self catering apartment which suited our needs perfectly. Super friendly staff, excellent well equipped gym and medium sized rooftop pool. We did not want to stay in a hotel and Fraser Suites suited us perfectly. The outdoor restaurant (Hamra) was very atmospheric with an amazing sunset view.

Whilst the location was fine for us as Oman has very efficient, cheap taxis, it is not next to a beach or any of the places to visit. The Mall of Oman is a medium walk / short taxi ride. English TV options a bit limited.

Spacious, clean and well-equipped rooms. Very good internet connection and very efficient air conditioning. There are two good cafés/restaurants in the hotel, with good room service, and an ample free parking for the guests. All the staff is very helpful and kind. We would like to thank Lashika, Damitha and all the other members of staff, without exception, for their friendliness and excellent service.

The shower screen blindex is short. If you open the shower a little wider, the floor outside gets all-out wet. If this could be corrected, the bath would be excellent.

We stayed around 17 days. The people at the reception were very friendly & helpful, not only when we checked in but also during our stay. Sheikha, the receptionist was very nice & always helped when needed. She and Munther, the other receptionist, were very professional. Reem, who works at the guest relations kept asking us if everything thing was ok & if we needed anything. They were all truly proficient in their line of work. Thank you all. In addition, the location of the hotel is awesome. It’s located in a busy area & very close to some of the beautiful shopping malls in Muscat.

Very spacious rooms with all necessary amenities, which makes it the best convenient choice especially for families. In the room you will find a full automatic washing machine, dishwasher, iron, stove, oven, microwave, fridge and coffee machine. Cooking utensils available too and extras are provided upon request. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping makes sure our room is very clean and all necessities are available. Recommended!
