We had a good stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent and offered great value for money. Additionally, the free parking was a convenient bonus. The staff was helpful, polite and very professional.Highly recommend!

Our key card stopped working every time we went out and returned, requiring a trip to reception to reactivate it.

Liked the breakfast range. Breakfast attendants were nice and welcoming. Osama was very helpful and answered our questions. Foyer and common areas were well kept. Location was good, but needed better walkway to the mall. Early check-in and check out.

Nothing could be reached by walking. It is necessary to take a car even to go to nearby malls. Room and bathroom design are very basic.

Very good location just across the main busy street with avenues mall and grand mall just within walking distance, The staff is very helpful, rooms were not so big but clean and comfortable, breakfast was average but healthy options available. The hotel also has parking but i felt more convenient to park on the street parking which is always accessible Best this was a huge discount shop nearby to get anything you want at a very reasonable price. The rooftop was good with a swimming pool but was not much of an attraction due to the Winter season however good ambience to sit and unwind after a long day

Nice place to stay and very popular. Good rooftop pool, bar and dinner buffet. Breakfast buffet was excellent and good value. Didn't try the restaurant for dinner - it never looked very busy. The rooms were clear and comfortable, but be careful of the shower as the tiles get very slippery. Free parking is available under the hotel but better suited for smaller cars. A small shop is available next door and a supermarket and shopping malls are nearby. Many local restaurants are nearby.

Be careful of the massages - they're a bit dodgy.

Room Cleaning and Breakfast Service was well organized.

I had one of my worst dining experiences with the Palm restaurant. I ordered a Margherita Pizza and Chicken Biryani for takeout, but when I opened my food in the room, I was completely disappointed with the quality and taste. The pizza was more like a roti with cheese, and the Chicken Biryani tasted like plain rice mixed with chicken curry gravy, with an excessive amount of oil. I ended up having to waste all the food. I urge the hotel management to review the preparation methods of their Biryani and Pizza to provide better quality food to their guests.

8 minutes walk to Avenues Mall 24 hours Sauna and steam room

1- smoking policy was not taken seriously by the staff. 2- Egg and pancakes cooker chief was not wearing gloves and keep coughing on the food. 3- Swimming pool water boiler was turned off and the staff refused to turn it on, as he said that there are no much people swimming at the time. 4- Swimming pool level was lowered because the suspected to have a rain.

Nice stuff and good facilities. The rooms are clean and have been recently renovated. The breakfast buffet was very tasty and generous. Great massages in the SPA area.

The rooftop bar is very noisy, and the pool area is small for a hotel this big. It seems like the main purpose of the rooftop area is to play loud music and entertain guests from outside the hotel, while the few pool chairs around the pool are just an afterthought.
