Everything was very nice and clean. The facilities were excellent. The rooms were very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was very good as well. It was extremely nice at a reasonable price. Overall, a great stay!

The only things I didn't like was the breakfast buffet because it didn't have more regular type breakfast items or a cook to make you an omelet, eggs or pancakes. The only other thing I didn't like was the pool. The pool was very nice and clean but the ventilation was not good enough for being indoor in the basement. It had a musty smell.

I was traveling around middle east for two weeks and this hotel was my perfect stay. First, the receptionist are professional and kind. They made me feel welcomed, always smiling and willing to solve any issue or complaint I had. Second, the hotel room was very nice, clean, good smell, nice temperature. I had a good night sleep. Did not try the breakfast. The coffee in the inside cafeteria was delicious, would highly recommend the cappuccino with caramel flavor. The area where the hotel is booked is a bit distant from main attractions but very safe at night, with a lot of local shops and restaurants. Close by there is also a new mosque that is totally worth visiting. I would book this hotel again for sure if I visit Oman. Great value for the price, good location, very kind personal - I had an amazing stay. Thank you.

For the price, this is a great hotel. This was our cheapest stay in Oman and you can definitely find hotels double or even tripe the price that are worse. A new hotel which opened about two years ago so the design is quite modern. The room was carpeted which was a nice touch and the bathroom was the best on our trip (shower was fantastic!). They have an extensive menu for room service which looked good but we didn’t try. Breakfast was 3 and a half rials each and they had a very good selection. Service was great aswell - very helpful with all the mini requests we had. The parking lot wasn’t 4 by 4 friendly but they have a large parking lot outside the hotel so we just parked there. The Wi-Fi was probably the worst thing about the hotel - was in and out the whole time (in our room) but we made do. The place was about 10-15 minutes drive away from Sultan Qaboos mosque and although it was our last night, seemed like a good base to explore muscat. They had a few restaurants and dessert places on the same road which was great (the Afghan restaurant was very tasty but huge portion sizes so order sensibly!). All in all, bar the Wi-Fi this is actually a great hotel made even better by the price. Would definitely consider staying here again if we visited muscat again.

Impeccably maintained & serviced hotel. Used it for a sleepover in between flights. Very courteous, helpful and professional staff all around but especially at the Reception. Everything works seamlessly from check-in to check out. Accepted my request for early check-in and check-out. Breakfast had plenty of choice including continental, cooked and middle eastern breakfast. Had a very good burger & fries at the Roze cafe, delivered to the room promptly and without a room charge. Bathrooms were impeccably clean with all required amenities provided. Room was quite spacious and the bed and pillows were very clean and comfortable.

Nothing to dislike. You can’t go wrong for the value provided.

Extremely good value for money, the property is very new and the rooms were to a very high standard. The breakfast was also very decent - good selection of cold and hot food and ability to order eggs. Overall, we were very impressed with what they offer for the costs.

Not much. Just be aware that the property is away from the tourist areas (which we prefer), so you probably need a car to get around. That said, there are plenty of eating options around the hotel (if you don’t fancy room service).

We stayed only one afternoon to take a nap, as we had an overnight flight with a 12h (one day) layover in Muscat, so we wanted to visit the city. The hotel is quite large, with plenty of free parking in front. The room was very nice and very clean, the bed was great! The location is fine, within the city and easy to reach by car front and to the airport. The staff was very friendly. The city was very interesting and clean, it was well worth a visit, we were sorry we couldn't stay longer. Overall a very good experience.

Great Hotel in a good location

In mid-night a stranger had access to my room and unlocked the door while I was asleep he then apologized & left!!! I notified the reception of this incident immediately.. The early morning after around 6 AM I received a call from the reception a guy with an Egyptian accident calling a person: Jamal, Jamal.. I answered: "it's not him!" How come you give access to guest room without their permission!! Guests privacy?!! This must be seriously investigated!

This Hotel has unbeatable price quality ratio! Clean, beautiful, very convienient with nice smell in the air. Staff is helpfull and smiling. We have relaxed after long trip well. Big and comfortable beds, spacious room and bathroom, nice interiour design with oriental elements, not so flamboyant like in UAE f.e. Much more pleasant. Definitely come back.

Surroundings is a bit noisy during the night, but the property is inside a city. During Ramadan is hard to get some food from outside. The Hotel offers breakfast to the Room.

Fresh room, clean and complete amenities. Parking area is huge with extra space in B1 and B2. Professional, courteous and efficient staff. We had the fastest check in ever, done by Faisal at the front desk. Everything feels like luxury hotel eventhough stand as budget hotel.

Parking lot need to install some plants, trees, flower or any greeneries so that feel a little bit serene, not 'dry and plain'. Swimming pool and jacuzzi might as well moved to rooftop rather than located in basement, since feels suffocating and packed.
