The hotel has amazing beach. Nice place to stay to have a trip to Ras Al Jinz beach to have a turtle 🐢 trip

Firstly the hotel need some umbrella in the swimming pool area. The whole pool under the sun and there is no a chance to spend time in shadow. Secondly the staff need to be more communicative with each other. We took our staff from the room but still didn’t do check out, after breakfast time we wanted to use the room again but the housekeeping staff started to clean the room 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️. So, we had to made check out early. Like they “push us out” of the hotel.

Room was very nice! Food was good. You have choices! The resort is very well maintained. Quiet area also the beach and pool area are well maintained. The area were the resort is located is just stunning. Our room in the corner was a dream to sit and just enjoy! The staff ist just friendly and lovely. Very committed to make everything perfect for the guest.

Tv channels were not working from hundreds, we had only a view news channels. Windy area keep this in mind. On the breakfast we missed some fresh fruits cuttet and dark bread. There were no yogurts in portion( More choice and more hygienic) The fruit juice was like sugar and water or powered. I am sure there is a possibility for even better one.

I particularly enjoyed sitting on the terrace, listening to the ocean. Our small house had a beautiful sea view. The resort beach was sandy, perfect for a great swim. The sea water was super clear, and we couldn't get enough of it. We also enjoyed a swim in the quiet pool next to the beach. Pool had a guard. The food for dinner and breakfast was pretty good, depending on what you pick. The freshly grilled chicken was fantastic. The spiced rice and french fries were tasty too. Breakfast had a variety of delicious fruits. There was live music during dinner, creating a really chill atmosphere. I wished we could have stayed an extra day. The staff were really friendly. It's a great place for families, with playgrounds for kids. Or pick a book, sit in the terrace and listen to the waves :)

Be cautious if your house shares a door with another. In ours, we could hear people arguing in the neighboring house late at night, and the sound traveled easily. You can hear everything.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location. Nice swimming pool and access to the beach. Good place for the families as there is a children playing ground. Nice evening atmosphere in the outside restaurant with live music performance.

The access to food is limited during the day to certain timings. It is extremely windy and rooms facing outside are noisy due to strong winds. During the day drinks can be enjoyed only inside the bar.

Turtle beach resort is perfectly located on the beach of Al Hadd. The location couldn’t be better with crystal blue waters and beautiful pink sand as well as immaculate gardens and a refreshing pool! The highlight for us was being able to scuba dive at the dive center next door called Arabian Sea Adventures.

We absolutely loved the property, however there were signs everywhere with rules for just about everything, making you feel a bit “restricted”. The staff is extremely helpful but they always watching you which can feel uncomfortable at times.

Beautiful location, beach front. Excellent positioning of the outdoor dhow shaped restaurant. Food was nice and delicious. The resort had some exceptional breeze in the evening. Enjoyed the clear sky and the space it had for guests to take short strolls.

The staff at the reception was a bit too rude. I believe we cannot get our own alcohol to the resort which I found to be weird as all the hotels' and resorts including the 5* rated resorts in Oman were allowing guests to bring their own booze. What was annoying is the way she said that alcohol that we are getting must be deposited in the reception sounded quite unprofessional.

Cabana style accommodation with all facilities, we took one overlooking the beach, the place is safe and good for kids, there is a pool with lifeguard and access to Ras Al Hadd beach. The dhow style dining area just adds to the feel of a good getaway. The food is good but not an extensive menu but we eat enough and enjoyed the live local entertainment. I didn’t manage to reach the bar but drinks can be had with your meals I would say a good base for a few nights,

A very comfortable hotel in a quiet location with great facilities that are well maintained, supported by friendly staff and great food.

Some of the more popular food items tended to run out quickly and either not be replaced or take some time to do so. The facility would benefit from more signage to indicate the location of amenities

Lovely location and able to dine outside on the boat restaurant. The staff were welcoming and friendly and were always asking if they could assist you. Our vegetarian and gluten free diets were well catered for with a varied selection.

Very little but coffee machine was only used for breakfast and not for evening meal. Overall I thought that compared with our stay in the mountain and desert it was a little pricey.

It's simply brilliant! Right from ample parking to quick check in, Praveesh at the reception making sure guests had every bit of info right at check in to the wonderful spread for breakfast and dinner. From the location right on the secluded and picturesque beach to the dining deck on a wooden ship to a nice pool, gym overlooking the waves and sand, to plentiful children's play areas to total quietness - couldn't stop raving about this place. The turtle resort/hatching area is about 20min by car but I strongly recommend staying here and driving there than living there (way more expensive and way less to do thereabouts!). They also arrange a boat that picks you up right on the beach in the backyard, and take you dolphin watching (1 hour is more than enough for just that - 25OMR; cash). But I decided to do a two hour and try some fishing - which is trawling with no rods but using pillars on the boat to anchor the line and fingers to feel the bite, and reel it in old world style with your hands! Caught 3 Tunas weighing 2kg, 1.5kg and 0.75kg or do, while another slipped away under the boat. If I were to be anywhere in a 50k radius of this place, I would head here to stay the night, over and over again. A total 10/10 for me.

Can't really think of anything much. PS: I read a couple of reviews that said the AC was noisy. Looks like it was an ultra local issue or, they have fixed it. Ask for a sea facing room and don't try to save a small amount and get deprived of the experience!
