The room was nice, clean and big!

I paid the hotel extras by credit card and the next day there was an unauthorized online debit of GBP 249.50 made in the UK despite I have not been in the UK the past 6 months. This is the second time this happened to me after staying at the Pearl Continental Hotel, Lahore (the last time in December 2019). The staff in the coffee shop is lazy and unmotivated. It takes a long time until they bother to bring you coffee or tea.

Everything was ok as I have stayed in the property several times before. The only problem and this time it was really bad was that there are too many staff and security people who are expecting you to give them money or tips and they were all over like beggars. These people are paid wages and they should be discouraged from having this begging attitude. Living abroad in UK or America, we like to do our own things and feel that the staff at the property are forcefully obliging you to get tipped.

1. When the guard said valet parking is full. park the car yourself in the parking plaza which is 5 mins walk and i am with my family and the temperature at night is too cold. I paid for the hotel and all the services so this was wery disappointing. 2. Calling the reception for room service or towel or water bottle. no one is answering the phone at first call. had to call 2-3 times. After that had to call again and again for reminder as nothing was received on the first call. room service team cleaned the room but didnt keep any towels in the room. 3. Went for the complimentary breakfast in the morning and they sent us in the other restaurant as main restaurant was full. and the breakfast in other restaurant was not good at all. we left and went back to our room.

The facilities are good and kept clean at all times. The food was good, the location is closer to the airport. But away from The main attractions which is ok. The airport pick up was really kind and excellent.

The only down side is the staff they all look for tips and all are serving only for $ not because it’s a five star hotel. The guy who who helped us at the airport wasn’t happy with his tip, I don’t know if it’s Lahore but everyone wants something which I didn’t like. But overall the hotel was good

Hotel is central location. Staff are very friendly.

Generally no problem except the noise from the rooms next door was too much. The rooms could have more sound proofing.

The behaviour of the reception staff was really rude and pathetic. Whan we were checking out the reception staff stopped us and asked to pay the dues again. Even tho there were no remaining dues to be payed. I cleared all the dues on the check in time. But they never entered the payed dues in there system and because of that we have to wait for 2 hours on the property for no reason. In the end I showed them my bank statement in which it was clearly stated that the dues were payed on the check in time.

Really excellent breakfast, specially if you like desi breakfast. Their Nihari is as good as any in Lahore. Although Marco Polo can get quite crowded in the morning. Very comfortable beds and highly attentive staff. We used Pearl Tours to go everywhere and they are very conveniently located inside the hotel.

At breakfast on day one we were told we had to pay for two extra people, which I thought was strange as typically it is on the basis of two people occupying the room but the staff insisted it was on the basis of a single person occupying the room. On day three we are told three people can eat free. So this was a bit confusing. The staff was polite through out though.

The customer service in Marco Polo breakfast area. Mr. Khurram and his crew were very helpful and hospitable. Cleaning and laundry crew were also very helpful. We hope to visit again and enjoy the renovation and growth of this hotel.

There could be improvement in kid’s food choices. Chicken nuggets, cheese pizza, fries , etc. make it easy to order food from near by food chains using phone in our hotel room.

The Pearl Continental Lahore felt like a royal residence with its stunning, regal ambience. The Dumphook Restaurant's food was incredible, and the complimentary airport transfers were a fantastic bonus. Overall, it's the perfect Lahore stay for an unforgettable experience.

Arriving at the hotel entrance with luggage but finding no trolleys or staff assistance was a frustrating experience. It would be a great improvement if the hotel could offer help with luggage transport, especially from the car to the security check.
