Rooms are spacious and well designed,modern.staff is good and cooperative.Food is good.

Needs to be more clean,Deco pillows weren’t clean.mirrors in room ,table aren’t clean .Toilet needs to be more clean and please toilet needs a toilet brush,couldn’t understand why there isn’t any Wc brush to clean the toilet .that was disgusting without brush.Rooms are too costly,not a good value for money ,needs to be more clean.

Nishat Hotel Johar Town A beautiful hotel adjoining the Emporium Mall. Lovely customer service at the check in desk, cold arrival drinks and fruit platters in the rooms. A gated hotel surrounded by armed security makes all visitors feel safer. The location was great and not too far from the main attractions. The free shuttle bus from the airport/hotel was a prominent factor into booking this hotel. The selection of local breakfast was brilliant but it was the same everyday. All in all we enjoyed our comfortable stay at this hotel.

Concierge was disappointing. Not helpful with allocating transport, misleading waiting times for a vehicle when booked. Book an uber much more reliable.

nice hotel as always, lovely stay. nice spacious rooms. joint to the mall so everything is within touch. -would like to give a big thanks to Usman @ breakfast, in the restaurant. exceptional service, always went above and beyond for me and my family and was always smiling.

room service is very slow. always have to call twice, everything takes 30mins-1hr, even the small basic requests of a spoon or a bowl. they should hire more in this department as it is one of the most used.

Our stay at Nishat exceeded our expectations.. the restaurant managers were amazing as was Akeel the room supervisor. I would Highly recommend this hotel.

Reception staff could be a little more friendly and welcoming… a warm smile would go a long way, especially when checking in after a long haul flight.

The location was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the hotel and mall which you could access via the hotel using your keycard. It was within easy reach of several landmarks and Bazaars. Staff were very helpful and efficient and always on hand to help. Saima and team on the front desk were helpful & friendly. We particularly enjoyed the design and layout of the hotel and last but not least the breakfast was very good.

At times Housekeeping fell short, in particular when requesting something like an iron to be bought to the room, it seemed to take quite a while. We also had to wait for a long time for someone to come and reset our safe. The keycard which should have allowed entry into the mall never worked so we had to rely on security to let us in and out of the mall.

Hotel staff is nice. There is a shopping mall next to it.

During the stay in the restaurant, smell of cooked foods sticks on your clothes and body. They should improve the ventilation. Air conditioning system in the room has fans only. The temperature changing buttons are totally fake. You can’t control the temperature inside. Eventhough it is a big hotel, it doesn’t have an espresso machine. When you order an americano coffee, they will give you an instant coffee that they call americano. Check in was not good. I already paid previous night’s fee, when I arrived they said there was no room. So, you may find yourself in the lobby that you will be waiting someone to leave the room which you already paid!

Unprofessional staff. They seemed more interested in themselves than the customer or client. I had to wait 15 minutes at the counter for a staff member to attend me, and 20 minutes the day I checked out. I hope they can improve this...

Rooms and bathrooms were spacious as we booked Platinum rooms, breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean and tidy. The pool was adequate for adults (roughly 4 ft. depth). The hotel is new and kept clean. Good response times of the staff when contacted for help e.g. maintenance. The dinner was good in terms of food quality, taste, and menu items. However, you can enjoy the dinner without staying at the hotel, as they neither provided any discount to staying guests nor allowed to bill the room.

Room: My main issue is that there was no sofa or a decent place to sit in the rooms. While the rooms were spacious but extremely spartan i.e. only a bed, a counter, and two chairs were present, not even a rug on the floor. We booked two rooms and the AC in one room was not working properly, despite a visit by the maintenance guy. Food: The breakfast was decent, but nothing exceptional. Most of the items within in-room dining menu were unavailable. Family friendly: There are no play areas for kids and no dedicated pool for the kids either. The corridor path to the pool area was extremely slippery, which is a safety hazard in my opinion, perhaps some rubber mats should be provided there.

Imran from housekeeping was amazing done a 10/10 job in ensuring our room was kept clean and serviced to a high standard. However the lady who attended our room on the first day of arrival carried out a very poor job, no clean towels were provided nor bedsheets were changed. Overall hotel aesthetically is very nice and beautiful, quick and efficient access to the emporium mall.

The lifts take forever to arrive

the reception was amazing. gave me an early check in at 0900. the rooms are clean. generally well kept. good internet.

the housekeeping staff has developed a habit I don’t like. knocking to clean rooms etc only when guests are there. this tip seeking makes it feel very commercial very quickly. I had gone out for meeting with the make my room sign on for around six hours. came back to an unmade room - but house keeping showed up five minutes after I arrived.
