Exceptional Service and brilliant hotel. Attended in Sept 2023, have previously visited a few years ago and was pleased that the service, staff and facilities were just as before if not better. A sign of a good Hotel is the retention of staff and was great to see most were still there and their passion for service, politeness and professionalism was shining through. Sabir Hussain front of house manager was exceptional assisting with specific requests for me and a client, as above all the staff from the airport transfer driver, Concierge , porters and reception are a testament to a well run A1 quality hotel chain. Nishat command structure should be proud of this team. The room was pristine , cleaned and well stocked with all amenities for a business traveler. Room service quick and quality amazing. centrally located with internationally branded restaurants stores nearby, 25 mins from airport. I look forward to my return within a month to Lahore and I will definitely select NISHAT at Gulberg- Shahid Qureshi UK

The breakfast was great. The buffet breakfast is not too big but the taste of all the food was delicious. I have had breakfast in a lot of other hotels but the quality of the food and the taste at this hotel beats them all. There was traditional Pakistani food and also Western foods. Each item of food we put into our mouth and we would look at each other in amazement that how can the food be this good. A special mention must be made to all the staff from outside the hotel all the way to the inside, they are so respectful and polite. They are very cooperative and understanding.

The rooms were big and although they could give us a room with beds they put an extra single bed for free. The buffet breakfast was nice. It is within walking distance of MM Alam road where we did a lot of shopping. The hotel had strict security with a person on every floor.

The only problem was that our room smelt of cigarettes although it is a non smoking hotel. The other rooms I booked smelt fine. Housekeeping did try their best to get rid of the smell. The bathroom door could do with a handle as it is tricky to close the door and lock it.

The staff members are really the highlight, they really made my stay effortless. everyone with no exception was helpful and quick to help if I needed any assistance. the hotel was clean, with modern decoration. The food at Nishat was very good and clean, I really didn't need to order from outside or go out to eat. overall I really really recommend Nishat. I will stay at Nishat for sure next time.

Seamless check-in & complimentary airport transfer. Convenient location in Gulberg. Small but quaint lobby. Fabulous breakfast. Service was of the highest standard from all staff members but have to mention Ali (bellboy) & Neeraj & Mohammed Haris (breakfast) who went beyond their normal call of duties to make our stay extra comfortable. Stayed in a spacious 3 bedroom apartment (all rooms en suite) - simple but elegant contemporary decor. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay.

First time visit to Lahore and I have to say the hotel was amazing. Never thought that there could be an amazing hotel in Pakistan. I enjoyed everything about the hotel including the lovely breakfast which had lots of different varieties. The staff were very helpful and professional especially Owais and Neeraj. Honestly all staff were lovely and helpful including the door man on the main hotel door. Cleanliness was 10 out of 10. It is surely a 5 star hotel. The attractions were very close too .

the property is state of the art, there really is no comparison. The amenities and location is unbeatable. the staff is so warm and friendly, front desk staff including Tabinda, housekeeping Mohammad Adnan and his team, rest of hotel staff including Naveed. Even the doormen and the valets were so sweet and made you feel like family. i will come back to Lahore just to stay at the Nishat.

Night time receptionist - Rude Bathroom looked a bit old - something you would typically find in a motel. Shampoos were finished. Mirror was dirty

The staff was extremely courteous, and offered us a free upgrade! The royal suite was spotless, spacious, and smartly designed. And one couldn't ask for a better location for a hotel in Lahore. I would be very happy to stay here again.

Everything was great. For improvement, it might be worth fixing the sliding door to the bathroom (it was slightly jammed, and the internal lock wasn't working), and consider replacing the bathroom faucet (it's a bit short for the sink, and makes hand-washing a bit tricky). But these are minor issues, and they hardly affected my excellent experience overall.
