Me and my husband had the most incredible stay we were treated so extremely well to the point it Was almost overwhelming, the staff were just incredible from the high standards of cleaning and professionalism to opening the door for you every single time you personally leave the hotel. The manager introduced himself to us and offered his utmost services to making our stay as comfortable as possible .. the hotel itself was beautiful the view of the ocean was unbeatable the facilities from the pool the gym to the restaurant we just had the most amazing week I could not recommend this hotel enough .. We will only go to this hotel when we return to Papua New Guinea

That I couldn’t stay longer

I love the room size that are opposite the beach. Not in the tower but on the side where u have indoor kids pool above. Love the premier king rooms they're a very good size. Love the veranda. Towels, water pressure. Food options down at the bakery is very good. at least it's different and less pricier than the hotel menu and still high quality. HANNAHS BEAUTY BOX big bonus to have it indoors. Love the gym. Pools x 2= very good that u have 2. Right next to the beach.

Took a while for the hot water to kick in. Playing up a little. Don't like the checkout time. 11am would be better like crowne plaza. No room service for the items down at the bakery/deli. Wish you could make your pool bigger. The shampoo and conditioning machines were broken. Signs of facilities breaking down. Please keep the standard up.

I went there to run the Port Moresby marathon, so the location was perfectly located near the start line. I had a wonderful view of the seaside and it was in a great neighborhood for walking around. Excellent breakfast as well. The staff helped me out with transport to the airport.

Although the neighborhood is great for walking around, it isn't so convenient for practical purposes such as getting some food at the supermarket. The closest supermarket was an hour walk away. They do have their own cafe and restaurants, but sometimes I'd like to have my own snacks and bottled drinks.

The staff were very friendly and quite helpful. The location of the room was a bonus as well, with stairs just right outside (room 317). It was nice that all the TV channels were working.

That the room was not prepared like we expected. The stains on the chair, wall and sink were a bit of turn off. The room smelled funky when we first stepped in. And also it would be more convenient to have curtains rather than blinds.

The Room was spacious and access to the room at level 1 was easy and the Aircorn and TV easy to operate. Loved it

1: The lift didn't work properly. 2: The restaurant staff were bit stincy and unfriendly. 3: Taxis waiting for customers should wait, instead of chasing them out.

Lovely location along the Ela Beach front, lovely views on a sunny day. The staff are very friendly, and some remembered me from previous visits.

The location is great for working in Town, but is a little far away from the main commercial areas.

Very good location near the beach if anyone wants to go for a walk/exercise along the beach side. comfortable room and spacious, with sea/beach views.

1x pool under maintenance and the other over crowded especially at holiday season. Would be nice to have a bigger pool.

I got upgraded to a premium room , food was great, large windows enough for natural light to fill the room, room service attendants were great, cool bathroom setup/design, accessible outdoor lounge.

They wouldn't check me in at 11am and insisted on 2pm - I've been to other hotels and they had no problems checking me in earlier than 2pm. The elevator needs a little love. The amenities card expired around midnight on my last night so the fan and light went out but I opened the windows for ventilation and went back to sleep.

Very nice and friendly personnel There is a café, pizzeria and restaurant at the property, no need to go out

When they clean the room, they use an air refresher, if i can call it so, which smells more like a chemical weapon. i couldn't breath and that smell was there even after 4 days...

The location is excellent - near the CBD, and with easy access to Porporena Freeway and the commercial district, but with a lovely outlook across Ela Beach and the sea.

Breakfasts are good, but there could be better value, lighter, options. If I just wanted a pastry and coffee, for example, I had to pay for a full Continental breakfast. A Gym would be a nice option!
