I appreciated that our bedrooms were maintained daily. Although we declined fresh towels, they still made sure we always had toilet peeper, an empty trash can, and beds made-felt like a nice touch! The breakfast was phenomenal-many fruits, breads, fresh scrambled eggs, yogurts, granola, coffee/tea/juices. I do wish they had given us the breakfast box we asked for-it was never received. There is actually someone there 24 hours. They kept our luggage while we did the salkantay trek. Our WiFi was fast and reliable, and showers not.

Front desk isn’t very welcoming or friendly. The walk to the main square involves a narrow road that some may not like walking through. On our first of two stays, they gave us a slightly smaller room than we had reserved.

I loved my stay at Awki’s Dream!! It’s a beautiful, comfortable hotel with beautiful rooms, a hot shower, and friendly staff. This was my second hotel to stay at in Cusco and it was exactly what I was looking for: A quiet place to recharge after a day of tours. I visited in the winter while it was quite cold and although the portable heater in my room didn’t work, I didn’t need it. The rooms were well insulated and stayed warm all night. I would have stayed longer if they had additional availability!

The doors are quite thin, so while you can’t hear what’s happening in other rooms, you can hear people and staff in the hallway very clearly. There are a lot of nearby bars and restaurants, just beware that the sidewalks in this area are extremely narrow, so I often took an Uber at night instead of risking the walk.

We had an awesome stay here in Cusco! The best part about the hotel experience was probably the staff:) They were all so friendly and assisted us with everything. Our receptionist showed us our room and really wanted to make sure that we are happy with the choice he made for us (which we were!). He also organized a private transportation to the start of the Salkantay trek for us! We could store the rest of our luggage in the hotel and they will even accept a package for us while we’re away hiking. Excellent service! The hotel’s style is classic but very high quality. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the rooms were sparkling clean. Breakfast also offered a wide variety of food:) After our hike we will definitely return for a few nights!

Good middle class hotel 5 mins walk outside of the city center. The staff is friendly and highly committed. Very rich and good breakfast. Clean rooms. Comfy beds. The Wifi could be better, but works most of the time.

The rooms that I saw do either face a noisy road (which doesn't matter because the windows are very well isolated) or they face a narrow atrium. The latter is probably not everyone's cup of tea. The rooms are poorly soundproofed. And the laundry service was unsatisfactory. Some clothes came back dirty.

The location is superb- near the main plaza and main roads. Service - the front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. They have daily housekeeping service too! Room - it was decent and just the right value for the price. Breakfast - was okay, you have cold cuts, cheese, fruits, yogurt, cereal, bread and hot dish - egg.

Only thing is that there is a hole in the wall where you can hear other room's toilets. Soundproofing is the issue. Nothing else

Very comfortable, warm rooms, which is important this time of year here. They also had heaters. Beds, pillows and blankets are super comfy. It's a great location with lots of great restaurants, cafes, tour agencies and shops nearby. Other things within a short walking distance. It wasn't noisy at all. The breakfast was very good also.

I cant think of anything. The roads and sidewalks nearby are very narrow, but this city is very old. Nothing can be done about that.

They are friendly. Their room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The room has a heater, drier and refrigerator. Actually because we like the hotel, we came back 3 times during our stay in Peru. All the time all staffs welcome us warmly. Their breakfast is also amazing. They have several choices of breads, juices and fruits. Moreover they make a omelette and scrambled eggs. They have coca tea and hot water at the front desk. Several rooms have nice view. We really enjoyed our stay!

If there were a lot of guests, it would be a little noisy in the morning. But it is not so big problems

I loved the location, very friendly staff, great beds with extra blankets, heater and minifridge and an own blow dryer. I could get my clothes washed until the next day and take breakfast to go. Very nice hotel, great location - it can not be better. After I had changed to other accommodations because they were horrible I was very happy to have found this. Will definitely come again.

Shower takes a bit to get warm but it seems to be normal

Staff were lovely, breakfast was great with omelettes or scrambled eggs made to order, nice atmosphere, good location for centre and San Blas.

Rooms needed a bit of refurbishment - for example the towel rail fell off when we tried to use it and bathroom door didn't quite fit. Noise - our bathroom window opened onto the atrium and was just Venetian blind style - it didn't seal, with Intrepid tours leaving at 5am while other people are coming back from the town at midnight, plus the bathroom door not closing properly to block it... not ideal. Primary road to town had extremely narrow pavement and road.
