My stay at San Agustin Plaza in Cusco was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality that made me feel right at home. The room exceeded my expectations - very spacious, equipped with a comfortable king-sized bed ensuring a restful sleep after a day of exploring the city. The breakfast spread was delightful, offering a wide variety of options to start the day right. Dining in the hotel's restaurant was a treat, with delicious meals that highlighted local flavors. What stood out the most was the staff's exceptional service; they went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I highly recommend San Agustin Plaza for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Cusco.

We stayed here for 3 nights prior to this last night after our Machu Picchu visit. We checked in at 10pm after returning from our train ride. We liked that the hotel allows you to store your bags with them for free while visiting M.P. The rooms are comfortable with nice beds and nice size bathrooms with a bathtub. The rooms have a safe and decent storage space as well. The breakfast has a nice variety of food with strong coffee. The staff is accommodating and helpful. We appreciated Ruth, Lyn & Milagos for the customer service.

When we arrived, we specifically asked not to be near an elevator as the guests leaving are loud. We returned to the front desk 2x as our rooms were right next to the elevators. We finally did get a room farther away from the elevators. We appreciated the effort that Ruth put in to help us.

2 nights stay at San Augustin Plaza Cusco was so memorable that prompted me to write.  The price was value for money in terms of room cleanilness, cosiness, provsion of early morning breakfast and above all, the helpful hotel staff support.  With the support of Ruth of the check-in desk to arrange a quiet room for a good rest for my wife, she overcame her high attitude sickness quickly.   As we came back from Machu Pichu late afternoon with a lot of clothing awaiting laundry service, another staff, Milton helped me to source a laundry shop for an express service such that I had the clean clothes for my next destination.  For a non Spanish speaking traveller, both Ruth and Milton speak fluent English which definitely helped ease the stress of foreign guest when they encountered problems.

We liked that the hotel is not far from the main plaza but far enough away from most of the noise. We also liked the room and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good with many warm and cold options. They also have free coca tea available and an oxygen tank to use for the elevation issues.

The doors slam too easily and the walls are somewhat thin so you do hear other quests but if you need to sleep some earplugs do help. I read many reviews with this same issue at other hotels. Overall, this hotel is nice.

It took a ridiculous number of emails to try to arrange an airport pickup. I couldn’t get anyone to confirm it after over 5-6 requests, and after I had already paid! I even tried calling twice and no one answered the phone. No one met us at the airport and so it ended up costing us some time and a few dollars more. The hotel did refund the price paid for the transfer.

Good solid hotel. Clean. Comfy beds and pillows. Good range for breakfast. Nice staff. Ideal for central location hotel. We asked for a room not over looking the busy road, had a lovely quiet room. Would stay again!

We booked a taxi through reception but it didn't show up and we nearly missed our train. Maybe use Uber or just triple check with reception. Or just hail a taxi outside, so many, very easy!

The location was great - under 10 mins walk to the main plaza/square, restaurants, coffee shops etc. The bed was large and very comfortable. The hotel let me keep my luggage behind the reception desk for the night, whilst I did a Machu Picchu tour, which was so helpful to not have to lug it with me! They also offer coca tea (for altitude sickness/headaches), 24 hrs a day, which also came in really handy

The bathroom was quite old but that’s what you expect for a 3 star. The walls and windows are very thin, so you hear all the noise from outside. There are also dogs which bark throughout the night

The staff was really nice and always available to help. There were coca and muña tea available 24/7, also coca leaves. Breakfast was great, many options. Room was clean, good bed sheets and hair dryer.

the bathroom sink was dripping, we ask three days for them to fix it but didn’t work. So sometimes the bathroom would get little wet

Very clean and well maintained. Nice bathrooms and rooms. Breakfast area very pleasant with good food and lots of natural light overlooking church across the street. Lobby very nice as well. Stylish bar in lobby with happy hour.

Rooms are a little on the small side, but wasn’t an issue. Everything else more than makes up for it.

Great location in Cusco. Rooms are small but comfortable and clean, good bathrooms . Staff were super helpful.

Restaurant was good for breakfast but not much atmosphere for dinners.
