Location is in Miraflores, and next to many restaurants and right on the main road. Rooms are big enough, basic amenities but clean. Comfortable bed. Staff is helpful. I have stayed in few other IBIS & this is definitely a notch above all of them. They have ample parking space. Pet friendly. They do have a roof top, though I didn't use it.

They don't have room service which is kind of like the idea of IBIS, but they don't do it at all. I mean not keeping a complimentary water bottle is taking it too far. Laundry service, again no one comes to collect, you have to keep your clothes in an open basket and they keep it at reception and you have to submit it at reception which is a little embarrassing. Breakfast is basic, not much change and okay at best.

The ibis styles in Miraflores is in a great location, within a very safe, relatively upscale residential neighbourhood. There are a number of international chain restaurants within walking distance, and a Starbucks next door! The rooms are clean and spacious; the breakfast was excellent; and the staff were professional (if not exquisitely friendly).

For a country where the tap water is undrinkable (bottled water is a must in Peru), the hotel provides none. The bar downstairs has some small bottles for purchase, but this is a significant oversight.

breakfast sucks but i can’t blame them but again fruits were there and bread and butter were okay to survive😀.hotel is surrounded by a lot of fast foods is a kind of can’t die of hunger and multiple choices.

first thing is that booking.com mentioned of breakfast cost 8$ but IBIS charged me 15$ which was not fair and i questioned them then they said talk to booking.com and i ended up paying 15$ without spoiling my vacation.any way booking.com owes me 5 times of 7$ which is 35$ of the difference paid for 5 days.basically its a budget hotel and greedy people.any way its a good hotel for one night stands and business travellers.

Breakfast is excellent. Staff also is very gentle and supportive. Location is great, close to supermarket, restaurants, walking distance to Miraflores center and also close to Metropolitano Buses if you would like to visit the city center. Restaurant at the hotel is also good ; there you will find typical Peruvian dishes good in quality, cleanness and at an affordable price. The hotel has also parking for the guests. I believe this is one of the best places to stay if you are visiting Lima.

The staff were very, very helpful. Our airline lost a suitcase which arrived on our 2nd day but the staff were really attentive in receiving the case and staying in touch with us. they were efficient.

The noise carried a bit from the street but it's not too bad and not sure how much this can be avoided in busy Lima. the location is pretty good but it is out the way from central Mirra Flores so first time visitors to Peru may prefer a hotel closer to the centre of MF.

The front desk staff was truly exceptional! What made my stay all that more special was the exceptional service I received from Jean Pierre. Nothing I asked was too much for him and he always did so with professionalism, warmth and a smile! I liked the minimalist style of the room, which was very clean. The Accor Group/Ibis Smart Beds are heavenly! Without a doubt the best bed I slept in during my trip in Peru. Having air con was fantastic. So that and the amazing bed meant I was able to get a good nights sleep finally! It was one of the better hotels I stayed at during my Peru trip. The hotel is such an excellent value compared to the other over priced for what you got hotels that I stayed at.

I had an interior view. There really weren’t any restaurants nearby other than fast food chains. Wasn’t crazy about the immediate neighborhood. Disappointed that I was given frayed bath towels, minor detail. Breakfast could have been a bit better.

The rooms were very comfortable probably one of the only places iv stayed in while traveling South America that provides a hair dryer. I spent time in hospital and it was such a comfortable places to be to get better and relax. It was in a quite area. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, such a wide range of options. Tv had an option to switch language settings to English.

It was a bit far from the center which we knew anyway when booking it but you need to Uber to get to center. Not a huge deal. The staff were just average nothing special.

They could offer better conditions.. there wasn’t a heater, so our night was quite cold and the tv requested an local app on the mobile in order to work, so we ended up not having access to it. Also, the plugs on our room went out at the middle of the night and it burnt my mobile charger. They didn’t have any to borrow me, so I needed to go out at almost midnight to find a place to buy a new one, because I needed to charge the phone to travel early next morning

Everything was great! We arrived much earlier than the checkin time and the staff not only stored our luggage but also gave tips to walk around the beautiful Lima. Our checkout was much later than checkout time and we were able to use the reception while waiting our departure time. The room was excellent, great bed, TV with many channels, AC was great and the bathroom was neat and comfortable.

The hotel is a bit far from the miraflores centre but we walked the distance many times and it was good. Although it's a bit far it's very close to several food options (Starbucks is next doors, McDonalds, KFC) and to supermarkets.

Super clean, large, modern room with huge bathroom and shower. Beds are very comfortable. Amazing buffet breakfast with options to try local cuisine. AC in rooms is ideal as Lima can get very humid.

Rooms facing street not as quiet due to traffic noise esp during peak times. Ask for room at back of building if light sleeper. Fridge in room would’ve been a welcome addition. Rooftop bar was closed to public on NYE due to private function.
