This was our second or third booking here, if I'm not mistaken. I especially love that it has the vibes of a legitimate hotel. The staff and crew were very accommodating and approachable. Full package na rin kasi there's a convenience store at the basement and a chinese restaurant at B4 that is also owned by the hotel. The parking is also somewhat spacious, pagalingan nalang mag park but can accommodate many vehicles, even land cruisers and vans. I believe may function hall din sila. Breakfast is available upon request.

Honestly, the only thing na di ko nagustuhan dito evey time na mag stay kami is the fact na di ako fit sa bowl. Lol! I am a big person and it seems na sukat lang si bowl for petites, pero manageable naman. medyo dikit kasi sa pader yung bowl.

The confusion how to get to reception .. Check in .. room wasn’t ready until 5.30pm .. The reception staff not trained on how to do their job properly always looking around for help moaning that they are busy NOT my problem .. the check in system seemed to be in 1900 s .. I think all the staff need to go on team bonding course

Location,,location,,Few minutes walk to Burnham park,black Market, night Market, session road.Staff are very accommodating and kind.Thank You for all the staff who helped us Check in early..the restaurant in the build is a plus Quite Location as well.will Definitely recommend this hotel

This hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant food is great. I travel with a big group and this place has a parking lot enough for us. The room is also big and the bed is comfy. it also has great internet access.

the elevators are quite small and slow.

The lobby of the hotel is beautiful to sit in. It's about a 15 min walk from the main park The room is good, comfortable bed and not noisy during night

Parking is so difficult - They should really offer a valet service given how tricky/difficult the parking is Rooms don't have aircon but that is clear in the description so no problem. There is a portable fan available Despite asking twice, the hotel staff didn't clean/service our room Shower pressure is VERY poor

Having a gym, restaurant in the building, location

The only thing I have issue with is the drinks cooler. The last few times I have stayed the cooler was cool enough to keep food & drinks in. I mentioned the cooler was actually at 21°C when the room was at 18°C. The staff told me it was just a cooler and it was normal. I asked for a different one & the staff arranged that. It was a little better at 18°C. If I had any milk to put in my coffee it would not last 12 hours. Bad choice of coolers.

The room itself was great. The lobby is nice and the staff are friendly and accommodating.

Parking is to steep. The coffee was served a little cold.

- Frontdesk & coffee shop staff (esp. the lady cleaner) were friendly & helpful. They did their best to assist us w/ our concerns - Spaceous & sparkly clean room & bathroom. Though our room's no a/c, ref & microwave oven, it's compensated by other modern amenities & layout - big room w/ perfect layout, keycard entry, double-locked door, big flat screen tv w/ numerous cable channels, big cabinets (& hangers) & tables, chairs, comfy bed, safe, very nice lightings, electric kettle, mugs, complimentary bottled water & welcome kit, w/c can be replenished at the coffee shop, telephone, numerous electrical sockets. The lavatory & the whole counter's (w/ hairdryer) practically located just outside the bathroom. Water supply's strong, w/ heater, lots of racks in the bathroom. There's a sliding glass separating the shower area & toilet bowl. Clean towels were also provided. The small deskfan can make the room cooler, clean linens, nice pillow. You can also reheat food in the cafe's microwave oven. - Free parking. The parking staff were also kind & really attentive. I personally think it's one of the nicest parking lots amongst Baguio hotels. Overall, we really had a nice stay. Our room's actually way better than what's posted in their website. It's a well-maintained hotel. We'll definitely come back here.

- The hotel's free wifi's intermittent, well, even when we're using our own data - both Globe & Smart signals were also fluctuating, but it happened not just in our hotel room but also in some areas like Camp John Hay & SM. Surprisingly, Dito had better signal in our room. - Security & health protocols esp. in the lobby/atrium area can still be improved. People could just come & go, some didn't have their mask on. However, I'd observed that cleaning staff were disinfecting regularly esp. on the atrium side. - The atrium's really nice but can be noisy at times esp. when guests hang around so if you want to stay in a more quiet room, choose a room that's not facing the atrium side. - Breakfast's not included in the room rate, pay 100/set meal. Also, ice cubes not free, pay Php25/bucket.
