It's right at the heart of Baguio. The staff is quite attentive, and the breakfast selection is OK. But what I really like is that the water is strong, the bath area is big, and the toiletries are complete.

There's not much to say that I don't like.

Spacious! Room looks exactly like the photos. They have room service upon request. The bathroom is also biiiig. AC works well. Location is near Burnham, Good Taste, BDO, there’s Jollibee Mang Inasal and McDonald’s nearby as well. But they also have their own restaurant downstairs which serve good food! Free breakfast has good menu and tastes great as well. Staff was friendly and accommodating, specially the kuya guards!

The WiFi never worked well in our room, it would constantly connect and disconnect. I was able to watch Netflix properly only once, at around 2am-5am. The AC doesn’t have a remote control. There were only 3 electric outlets, but good thing I brought an extension cord with me.

The room was large and comfortable, with a spacious balcony. The breakfast options were plentiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a short walk to Burnham Park.

The hotel is a little dated for the price. There was a problem with the shower. However, it was fixed the next day. The location is somewhat noisy with traffic for those who like quiet at night.

The hotel is very well situated to city centre. Only 5-10 minutes walk to Burnham park, 2 minutes walk to city market. This hotel is family friendly, rooms are well decorated for family with kids. Well maintained rooms, clean, comfortable beds, good wi fi. All staff, are accomodating, courteous and honest. The food/breakfast are well catered to all kinds of tourist either Filipino or foreigner. The hotel is advertised as 3star but well deserved to be promoted to 4star...i know very well about hotels as you may see my previous stayed hotels here at Bookings.com....including my IHG membership...

A big hotel to accomodate a lot of guest but minimal parking...1st come 1sr serve, but the security guard will always make a way to accomodate guest...

Very accessible to fast food and transport. Their rooms is very spacious

Our room was on the 2nd floor where you can hear all the noises of vehicles passing by. We stayed during typhoon Egay and the rainwater is gushing at the veranda door. But the maintenance is super attentive to putting some towels and blankets to prevent the water to go inside the room.

I have stayed there many times because they have all prepared and cleaned. In other hotels, u have to ask for stuff that are needed in the hotel. They serve a good variety of breakfast included in the tab. Near the centre, so I just walk to places. Staff are very efficient as always.

I wish they could change the look of the reception, it would be nice to update.

I love the location because it is very accessible and walking distance away from everything.

The noises of the cars, motorcycles, and vendors 24/7. The rooms should be a bit soundproof or maybe privide earplugs.

Everything is clean. Has all the amenities we needed. Location was perfect! Walking distance to everything. We haven’t tried their breakfast and their restaurant so I could not vouch for that. I would stay again.

Extremely helpful front desk staff. Helped with our onward journey bookings graciously. Booked at golden pine hotel for one night extended to 2 more nights! Excellent location . Walking distance to park , mall etc

The place was clean and well taken cared for. It’s near to where visitors would like to see and go. All the staffs were very kind, helpful and friendly. We all see them smiling most of the times.

None at all. Even if the parking spaces are not roomy enough, there’s always a staff to help the car park properly.
