My package does not come with breakfast, however, the provided me with a traditional Filipino breakfast of rice and chicken fry. I did not have the chance to explore the hotel's location extensively, however, you have the option to order food using the Food Panda app. Mr.Simon and his team was very friendly. if you get bored, just come down and in lobby you can do chit chat with them.

I am always amazed at how perfect this boutique hotel gets all of the little things right. Everything from the small convenience store on the ground floor to the recent addition of the all you can eat "Unlimited" Korean restaurant on the terrace makes this hotel a perfect place to stay! Everything you need is in one place. The beds are very comfy with thick bed covers making for a perfect sleep. The staff do everything in their power to make your stay comfortable. Well done to everyone from the owners of this hotel to the cleaners and maintenance staff. You've really achieved your goal of creating a world-class Condotel hotel!

I think it's time to have the showerhead replaced in the New York room. (other rooms were fine)

The feeling that we were in a 5 star hotel room, clean rooms, complete facilities, accessibility (near highway). My husband loved that there was an “Alexa” in our room (Alexa, turn the light to blue! Alexa, play music! 😂😂)

The room can accommodate up to 6 persons. There were kitchen appliances and utensils so you can heat water for coffee, microwave food and even cook if you want to. They have a smart tv if you want to just chill in your room. Aircon and water heater works well. They have enough outlets as well to charge your devices.

The sound proofing is terrible. If you and your neighbors are peaceful people then I don't see any problem. But if you happen to stay next to a loud group, then good luck. You can hear the messenger notification of a phone outside including the conversation of the group staying next door. I didn't really mind it because I was so tired but my friends were not able to sleep well during the first night because our room in the third floor was next to the street. Just a note, they don't have an elevator as well so not ideal if you have heavy bags.

The place is very lovely, clean, and comfy. We reserved a family room and it is very spacious. Breakfast is excellent and very affordable as they provided us with an even more significant discount. We highly recommend this place. -Maricel from NY-

The place is very clean and very accommodating. The facilities are complete and the WiFi is very fast. We booked last minute and everything worked out well. Simon was there to welcome us and made sure we had a good stay.

the ambience and theme/colors of the place are so attractive and pleasing to the eyes. the place is clean and so fragrant. it has comfortable beds.

Very clean room with complete ammenities. Very good Filipino breakfast topped with Italian coffee & cupcake. Courteous and helpful staff with hands on assistance from the property owner.

My third time staying here and as always, the staff is very accommodating. The location is perfect, a lot of nearby restaurants, eateries, groceries, and pharmacies in the area. The room is always in good condition.

We were worried the hotel will charge us because of late check in and check in but the owner was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are large and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.
