I recently had the pleasure of staying at the exquisite Venus Royale Hotel in Coron, and I must say, it was an experience to remember. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for my entire stay. Let's start with the rooms. The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious, with spacious, tastefully decorated rooms that exuded a sense of comfort and tranquility. The attention to detail in the room decor, from the plush bedding to the elegant furnishings, truly made me feel like royalty. The breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape from the room's window was the perfect way to start each day. Now, let's talk about the breakfast. The breakfast spread at Venus Royale Hotel was a delightful culinary journey. The diverse selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and local delicacies catered to every palate, leaving me spoilt for choice. The attentive staff ensured that every guest's dining experience was nothing short of exceptional, making sure to accommodate any dietary preferences or requirements. As for the swimming pool, it was a true oasis within the hotel premises. Surrounded by lush greenery and offering a panoramic view of the island, the pool provided a serene escape from the tropical heat. Whether you wanted to take a refreshing dip or simply bask in the sun on one of the comfortable lounge chairs, the pool area was the perfect spot to unwind and rejuvenate. The impeccable service at Venus Royale Hotel truly set it apart. The staff members were always attentive, accommodating, and eager to assist with any request or inquiry. Their genuine warmth and professionalism added a personal touch to the entire experience, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. In addition to the excellent amenities, the hotel's prime location made it convenient to explore the stunning attractions that Coron has to offer.

Quiet, clean, breakfast was good

The rules for the breakfast. 200 php for every GRAM of left over seems excessive. Result was that I would have liked to try the dishes at the breakfast but did not dare to

This hotel is a great choice when visiting Coron! We had read the mixed reviews before booking. For the price, the hotel is good value for money. My family really enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The bed was super comfy!! However, the bathroom probably needed a deeper clean as the floor was dirty. The design of the shower made it impossible not to spray water everywhere - but saying that, the water pressure was excellent. There was also good quality towels and toilet paper!! There is a TV with Netflix, YouTube etc for evening entertainment and tea and coffee making facilities. Airport transfers were easy to arrange and comfortable.

On arrival, the front desk staff were not the most welcoming as you usually expect with Filipino hospitality. This was an anomaly and the rest of the staff were lovely. There is a weird damp smell as you enter the hotel, and often smelt in the rooms/bathroom. This was not pleasant but didn't affect our stay in the hotel. The pool had a lot of dead bugs which could have easily been maintained during the day by staff.

Amazing hotel with a lot of cool bits. Our rooms was big and we had a projector to watch movies, big balcony overlooking the pool and best bit was self moving curtains with a controler next to the bed so in the morning you open the curtains and fully awaken by the sun outside while still in bed. Staff was excellent and profesional, they made us feel like royalty. Everyone was smiling and greeting us read to help out. Quick service and also really nice breakfast. They organize the transport to the airport and port and in front of hotel is always someone with TukTuk ready to take you to town if you dont feel like walking. They organize the tours as well and are a bit cheaper then in the town.

Beautiful pool & room with balcony overlooking the pool and mountain view! Great value for money including breakfast with decent but not massive variety of foods. We loved the egg chef in the morning for breakfast, convenient tricycles at front for transport into town (5 min ride or maybe 10 min walk)

Shower screen was only half and made the floors very wet no matter what shower head we used, while it looked great it was a bit slippery and we ended up using most of the towels to dry up the ground so we could walk safely however the staff mopped every day and replaced our towels thankfully

What didn’t we like! The staff, amenities, cleanliness, all 10/10! Everyone was extremely accommodating and professional. We hired the scooters out the front most days and made it super easy for us. It is a quick 5 minute ride into Coron Town Proper, but tucked away enough from all the hustle and bustle. We also organised laundry at reception and it all came back in great condition. We felt comfortable and safe the entire time.

The food was a little average, although we only ate there on a few occasions. Probably better to eat traditional food at local restaurants.

The hotel is new and modern. Bedrooms are very clean and bed is super comfy. The staff could not have been nicer at all times. It is excellent value for money. It's about 5 min walk to the main area and about 15 mins in a tricycle from the port and half hour in van to the airport.

Staff are friendly and helpful on all our inquiries. Safe wasn’t working when we came and immediately fixed by staff. Location was great being a bit away from town but close to McDonald. You can book directly to the reception for water activities with reasonable price. Place is secured with security on duty.

The beeping sounds coming from other rooms when the door is partially closed is a bit annoying specially early in the morning. Some guests were keeping it open for a longer time making the sleep interrupted.

Great location, just a 10-15 min walk to where all the shops and restaurants are, a walk we enjoyed but it is also a short 5 min ride. However, there are shops and convenience stores, pharmacies very close too. The hotel is very clean and spacious, breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options. I booked all the tours with the hotel, which was very convenient, just notified the receptionist and paid directly to them, no hassles. They also arranged airport pickup and drop off. They accommodated an early check-in for us, which was amazing! Enjoyed evenings at the pool to relax after a full day of activities.
