- The hotel is very clean and well maintained and toiletries are provided. - The staff is very friendly, helpful and super-fast. - Wi-Fi is comparatively fast. - The kitchen in the studio unit is well equipped for 2 persons (though only for one cooking as there's only tableware for 2 persons). - No need for power adaptors as the rooms come with universal power outlets. - Powerful and modern aircon, you won't sweat in your room.

- The studio unit is a bit too small, we didn't know where to put our luggage without them being somewhat in the way somewhere. - The included breakfast wasn't a buffet breakfast, but a relatively limited menu and extras (like sparkling water) are very pricey. Their meals are relatively large and very tasty though. - Only one door badge per room (the other, wooden card is strictly for the power supply in the room), which is also needed for the elevator, which means couples and families need to come and leave together to access the room.

Super nice staff, really good location, comfortable beds, clean, 8/10 breakfast, they allowed me to do a late check out without any fee.

Only 2 elevators working (I lived on 23rd floor) so I had to wait quite a lot to get on my floor. My room had a connecting door to the other room. Unfortunately, I could hear everything from the other room which made my sleep bad during some nights of my stay (this is not the fault of the hotel but still it was annoying so keep in mind that if you want to book here). The house keeping was changing the temperature of my AC (put it to 16 degrees). When I arrived in my room I was freezing.

Modern building with exceptional views (I stayed at 26th floor), specially from pool and other amenities at 32th floor. Staff is very nice and helped for anything I asked. Very well located closed to Greenbelt and other malls, plenty of restaurants and bars and very close to airport.

Three elevators for a 32-story building are not too many, but one broke during the five days I was there it became difficult at times. I didn't like breakfast system; you have to choose from the menu one dish, that means if you ask for bacon and eggs, fruit and yogur has an additional cost.

Breakfast at the Catalogue (Hotel's restaurant) was really good and my special thanks to Miss Janna our usual waitress. Housekeeping was exceptional and our room was always properly clean. Floor 32 has a great city view and a pool. Staff were friendly in general. Great location very close to Greenbelt malls. Rooms have their own small kitchenettes which works great when you want to prepare your own food. Internet is stated to be problemmatic in previous comments, but I did not encounter any issues on my 11 day stay. It was fast and responsive.

TV Channels on the room television are hard to navigate and for the life of me I could not find many Filipino TV channels to watch. It inexplicably shows test channels and paid subscription channels at the beginning of the list. I guess this is a bit of nitpicking because not many people watch TV channels nowadays anyway. Hotel should consider this as a suggestion rather than critics.

My Korean best friend and I had a wonderful experience at Citadines Benavidez Makati. We particularly enjoyed our breakfast, which was delightful. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, being close to the Asian Institute of Management and Greenbelt 1. Additionally, every hotel staff member I encountered during my stay was very friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

While my stay at Citadines Benavidez Makati was generally pleasant, I did encounter an issue with the room door. To lock my room, I needed to push the door quite heavily.

Perfect location at walking distance to shops restaurants etc. This is a brand new hotel apartment and it has everything you need but not a business center. I think it’s expensive here paying 5000 pesos per night. But as I needed top notch internet (I work remote) in a safe area not getting flooded and I don’t have to take taxi every day this was the perfect choice. Nice clean rooms, I slept well and there is nothing to complain about.

Some guests bring dogs/ pets / please stop with this. I stayed here a month and would have expected a better price than 5000 pesos per night.

Nothing all good

Hotel is clean, organized and it comes with breakfast. Breakfast is Ala carte with small amount of selections. If you stay longer than 3 days, you are bound to be bored with the food. Coffee was really good though. The hotel is located in Makati with restaurants and marts around you and also the streets are clean. Not to mentioned the have 3 atms across the streets ! The staffs are commendable as well. The young lady at the cafe entrance who always greets you with so much enthusiasm. Also the staffs at the entrance who held the doors and open car doors for you without failed.

I was in a non smoking floor but for some reasons my towels and room somehow smelled like smokes. The smell eventually went away the second day. Also, the housekeeping did not clean my room on the first day.

Cleanliness of the room is very important for me and this hotel did not disappoint me. Its a fairly new hotel and the equipment in the room including the A/C, kitchen, utensils are well selected. The rooms also did not smell of strong room freshener nor dampness which was a very welcome change especially in a humid environment. Greenbelt is within 10 minute walking distance and for a quick fast food, there is one within 5 mins.

While this is not the hotel's fault, there are a lot of constructions going around the hotel so it was noisy at times. Also, one night there were groups of families who decided to enjoy themselves loudly in the hallway which ruined my sleep. Perhaps there can be a signage for quiet hours after 9PM. As the area is under development, there are not many proper places to eat around the hotel except for the restaurants in the greenbelt which can be expensive choices. The cafe/ restaurant at the hotel could add a bit more simple international choices, light meals, fruit and vegetarian menu.

Pool has a great view. Staff was always present to attend needs. Rooms are clean, smells fresh, and very comfortable beds. Location is superb- near Greenbelt and convenience stores. Staff are so friendly and always ready to help: reception, housekeeping, security, and restaurant. They gave us a washing machine upon request and we were very happy about it. May require additional cost.

The internet goes off at 3am. Then it gets fixed at around 9am. Luckily, it was not working hours. Breakfast is good but needs room for more choices.
