Amazing Experience at KL Exectuive Rooms Recent weekend experience was astounding as we checked in at KL EXECUTIVE GREENBELT and booked 1 Queen Executive Room at 10D unit. We were met by Joven at the lobby with a warm welcome as we headed to our room without waiting for check in at the reception. This was a very convenient way. Upon entering the room, We were impressed and amazed as room was spacious and clean. Design was minimalist with aesthetic interior furnish with Sofa Bed, Queen Bed, Office Table and 2 seater Dinning Table, Also noticable was the Smart TV , Quiet Cool Aircon, Mini Ref which includes freebies at the mini bar. Cooking and Kitchen Utensils were also provided. Bed was soft and comfortable, Sheets were clean and fresh, Pillows were fluffy and abundant, The comfort room has hot and cold shower, strong water. Toiletries and Fresh towels were also included. In this Hotel, they also have amenities which you can enjoy like the swimming pool, sauna, gym and a restaurant at the ground floor. Parking were also free and arrange with convenience. Within the vicinity, you can also enjoy walking at the park and a few distance at the Greenbelt Mall. ATM and 711 is just around the corner. Also on Sundays, there is a Legazpi Market nearby which sell food and delicacies. To finalize my review, our stay at KL Queen Executive was Amazing. From the comfortable accommodations and convenient location to the attentive service of Joven and the hospitality of Mr. Andrew (the owner), this property truly exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it to families and travelers seeking a comfortable and memorable stay in Makati.

Our recent stay at KL Executive Suites Loft Unit in Makati was an outstanding experience that left our family of six thoroughly impressed. From the spacious accommodations to the convenient location and attentive service, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. First and foremost, we want to extend our sincere gratitude to Joven, whose exceptional assistance made our stay truly memorable. From the warm welcome upon arrival to ensuring our comfort throughout our stay, Joven's professionalism and attentiveness enhanced our experience and made us feel right at home. We also want to commend the owner, Andrew, for maintaining such a high-quality property. The loft unit was spacious and well-appointed, with two queen beds and a sofa bed providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for our family. The inclusion of high-quality blackout blinds was a game-changer, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration. The amenities provided, including free car parking and Wi-Fi access, added to the overall convenience and value of our stay. The Smart TV with a soundbar and subwoofer provided entertainment options for all ages, while complimentary perks such as the dining discount and mini bar treats were a welcome addition. The location of KL Executive Suites was another highlight of our experience. Within walking distance from Greenbelt, we found ourselves conveniently close to local attractions and sights, including nearby parks for outdoor recreation. Additionally, Nono's restaurant on the ground floor and a 7-Eleven next door made dining and shopping incredibly convenient. We were delighted to discover the Legazpi Sunday Market on our check-out day, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. Plus, with banks and ATMs nearby, we had easy access to any banking needs during our stay.

Travelling for 18 hours from London was a challenge enough. It was wonderful to be able to check in smoothly to our flats which were tastefully decorated and comfortable. . Staff like Joven made all the arrangements for us. Airport transfers were well organised and prompt. They did a total of 7 airport transfers all which had very good transport and always on time. Communication was always easy with Joven replying to our requests without delay. We were a family of 13 visiting the Philippines with multiple domestic flights and hotels. It was a great relief to find schedules well followed and the staff all being so helpful. Thank you also to Andrew who personally oversaw that our stay was a really restful and stress free one. The hotel is also next to a very good Continental restaurant, named "Nono's." Food there is well recommended. They use high quality ingredients and the breads like Brioche, croissants tasted very close to the French's. Breakfast is reasonably priced and ambience is very good. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the malls with plenty of places to eat and shop. It's also across a children's playground which is handy when you have 4 kids wanting to burn energy. The pool is also good for a swim and is very child friendly. We will recommend this hotel and will look forward to going back in the future. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

It could do with a bit more crockery and cutlery for the loft accommodation. A bread toaster can also be handy for breakfast. Hooks in the bathroom for hanging used towels which don't need replacing.

Staff were exceptional, helped in every way. Great hotel comfortable and has everything you need. Great location.

Room was cool, clean and spacious. Nice having the kichenette for leftovers and heating food up from the & Eleven next door. Very convenient location, bank/ATM next door, Starbucks, Greenbelt mall across the street. Quick response by housekeeping, maintenance and host. The upstairs shower didn't have hot water at first and they came up right after we called to turn it on. They also showed us how to manage the light and power switches on the wall as the labels were a bit confusing.

We loved pretty much everything. From the door to the pillows, from the facilities to the guards. The service really was on another level. Guards greet you and open doors without fail, always carrying your bags. The staff were very accommodating and got everything done swiftly. The pool is huge and the gym has most of the things you would need to keep on top of your training, while on holiday of course.

I can probably only think of one thing, it would've been nice if the room had some herbal tea instead of only coffee and black tea.

I found the rooms to be spacious. There was plenty of room for 3 adults with luggage. The beds were large and comfortable, the bedding was clean and felt new. The bathroom was clean and modern and I liked the included amenities. I found the location to be excellent, we liked the park across the street, there was a 7Eleven and a bakery at the foot of the building. Plenty of restaurants were within walking distance and it was an easy walk to the Greenbelt shopping district.

Not much to say, only that there were plenty of little lights that we couldn't turn off and it disturbed my sleep, for example, the microwave light was strong. However, the problem was solved with a sleeping mask :)

My parents and siblings stayed there from August 16-18 to celebrate my Mom’s birthday. They came from Quezon Province and they brought a lot of stuff.Thankfully,the staffs assisted them and they were very friendly,helpful and accommodating. Kudos to Desiree who look after my family’s needs and to Kuya Guard (I forgot to ask my siblings his name) as well. Aside from the beautiful place, what truly exceptional is their service and treatment to their guests. We will definitely book again and hope to visit the place once we go back to the Philippines.

I have met Mr Joven as the person who picked us up from the airport. He is a nice person and gave us warm discussions with the recent happenings within the areas we passed by. Then we also met Ms Desiree, who took care of us all thoughout our stay in KLX. First, their service is modern. Instead of making a phone call to ask for any request, everything was done by messaging via whatsapp. This is a big plus for introverts like me! Also, due to our kid, I had alot of requests! Just a single message, they respond and provide support rightaway! Second, the room is very clean. I am very particular with dirts on the floor but for the days we've stayed, I felt safe for letting my 1 year old roam around with her bare feet. Before we got inside the room, I was surprised Desiree took her shoes out before coming in, it gave a sign the floor was clean indeed. I appreciate the room cleaners for the service and giving us a comfortable stay. Third, it is a great idea that the checkout and verifying the room was ok, was done on the same time. It saved time and hassle on waiting in the lobby. This is last and the best one, we forgot an item and it was returned to us. Perhaps i got used to hearing friend's experiences or my own that once a thing was forgotten, it won't be return to you anymore. Here, our forgotten item was returned and felt I could trust the management. Thank you so much for making our stay great. And we hope to see you again in the future.

Location is close to Greenbelt and has a convenience store, ATM next to it. Wi-Fi speed is great. The condo is spacious and has great amenities. It’s very secure and really friendly and helpful security. Desiree has been very helpful during check in and check out.

Construction noise during weekdays. Cash deposit needed - would be good for the admin to send a message about this prior to stay. I tried to extend until night time which in the beginning I was told that it’s half the price - days later when I tried to get it confirmed through the WhatsApp group created, another staff told me it’s a full day charge. Lots of inconsistency saying there was a promotion when I checked in. I tried to clarify when promotion ended, I was told that it was even before checked in, so unsure why I was told otherwise during check in. Nevertheless, it was sorted but would be good if staff are consistent.
