I felt displeased with the morning staff members (reception) since they were not responsive to their client's requests. I am in my first room. I have a problem; the phone isn't functioning, so every time we order meals at their restaurant, I have to walk down to order it. Second, our AC stopped working after a few days, therefore I had to change rooms due to this issue. But, overall, I enjoyed my stay and would want to return next time.

I like the reception very easily, well organised. Easy access to shopping Mall.

No more Rachel at reception. Left a while ago Be careful if buying from Uncle John's Convenience store near McDonald's. Don't sit at tables leave quickly There are no guards at the door, Lot of homeless bag snatching. Many children Asking for money. Not hotel responsibility Unfortunately, many lost passport phones, etc if walking passed approach with caution.

The staff are polite and responsive

I was charged extra, apart from the amount I have booked online. they said it was a booking fee. but there was no advise when I booked online. Have I known, I would not proceed with he booking. I have other choices. besides, it was my firs time o be charged for booking at booking.com. It is still big question to me up to now. The beddings are not ironed. it seems not freshly laundries.

Easy access to shops and malls ,advantage is Robinsons mall across from hotel

Property was brilliant but I wasn’t happy my two rooms wasn’t next to each other specially when my partner at to sleep alone with 1 child. I think staff or manager should address this matter

the location is quite good because very accessible to food place and shopping center. Walking distance from the hotel to Robinson place manila. and it was indeed a nice place to stay and love to stay again next time to visit manila with my friends.

the stairs...if possible when stepping down the taxi no need to used the stairs..

The room was so spacious, and comfy. The location is so accessible and near the mall. The staff are accommodating.

the room is big and the TV set is so small for the room size, and mounted on the wall that is far from the bed if you want to watch tv while lying on the bed. hehe

The hotel is across from the main entrance to Robinson's Mall Ermita. Our room was tastfully renovated with modern fittings as well as being well presented and very clean. Air-con was quiet enough and the bar fridge actually worked.

As a six footer, the bed could have been longer. It was still comfortable. Little cockroaches everywhere which were no match for Eucalyptus Spray. We don't travel without it. Also the safe was locked, would have been nice to be able to use but we got around it.

I booked Eurotel for my Mom's medical since it's a few feet away from ST. LUKE'S, my family loved it there and there's plenty of parking. They said the staff was polite and friendly. I would have booked there too for her interview but the dates were full for the room that we needed. Highly recommended

Location- accessible to all facilities such as malls, school, offices and others. Transportation wise all good.

..It was my second stay , a gap of days only but the second stay were so disappointed , rooms are small even we booked the same category as my first stay. No available socket for charging, bathroom a bit of stinky, bedsheets are so thin need to request a blanket.no aircon remote manually adjusted by ourself. We don't bother to complained but its should be a standard in a hotel.

Buffet breakfast has limited choices and sometimes no available fruits..may be understandable because of its price..but over all, breakfast was good..
