OMG, this is a 5 star plus hotel, it’s very elegant, the staff is overly professional, the ambience is remarkable, the best stay I have experienced in my 57 years.

I didn’t like that I have never stayed here before.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. I also love The location and the availability of shuttle service. The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room is clean and spacious. Bed is very comfortable. Room service was also great.

When i was checking in,I got in the queue and was waiting patiently for my turn to check in. Then there was this lady who, out of nowhere, cut in front of me to check in and the front desk clerk entertained her. When i attempted to get the attention of the front desk clerk to tell her that the lady infront of me cut me off, the front desk attendant told me to wait as she has to finish checking the lady in first. I was really disappointed! Thats not how you do business in a 5 star hotel just because someone looks dressier then the other. Thats my only disappointing moment but the rest of the stay is perfect!

Comfortable, spacious and clean room. Great breakfast selection in lovely dining room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location, easy walk to Robinsons Mall. Good swimming pool - nice temperature and good sunbeds.

The wifi was poor for such an upmarket hotel. TV reception poor and sometimes non-existent. Cost of pool-side beverages - 2250Php for two fruit shakes - that’s over $US38 for two non-alcoholic fruit drinks!

Lovely hotel and impressive entrance. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent customer service. The children enjoyed the swimming pool, despite really busy periods. Close to Mall of Asia, Robinsons plaza and numerous restaurants.

Lifts on the right side were out of order during our stay. Gym facilities were disappointing in comparison to the grandeur of the hotel. We bought a shake in the lobby lounge expecting a free cuddly toy as part of an offer, but were not informed that this was out of stock, so we did not receive this.

Food (Breakfast) - Nice selection of items all of good quality. Staff - Exceptional service with more than enough staff around to assist with everything. Comfort - The bed and pillows were both perfect for me.

Plug socket location - In my particular room non beside the bed, either side. A minor inconvenience but not a deciding one. Hotel markups on additional services - I understand profit has to be made. But sourcing my own transport via a reputable app was 4-5 times cheaper each time, than booking via the transport desk. Which is a shame.

the staff were exceptionally professional and made us feel welcome whenever we saw them. the chefs are fantastic and the food was delicious.

some guests were exceptionally rude to both staff and other guests alike. staff were able to remain professional despite of this. food was amazing however the cakes were very dry and hard to eat.

The location was near the establishments we needed to go to. The breakfast buffet was superb.

There were no elevators connecting the parking space to the lobby. The walls were somewhat thin because we could hear the music the guests staying in the room beside us were playing. The floor tiles in the bathroom were kind of uneven.

Courteous service from check-in to check out. Staff at the main door were very helpful & throughout the building.

Disappointed with breakfast buffet which offered less dishes we enjoyed in the past. Looked for Philippine dried fish (danggit) or smoked fish (bangus) - none. No bibingka or Filipino rice/cassava cakes. Safe was broken. Had to call technician a few times.

The room design is quite old as well as the furnitures and appliances in it but it was spacious. The breakfast is great coupled with very courteous and helpful staff. The dinner at Yurakuen was an experience to remember for my little daughters and the food was great!

It would be nice if the pool was heated. The access to the pool through the backdoor stairs is quite dangerous for the kids. The smoking area near the poolside is quite uncomfortable for those enjoying the pool.

I was staying on the high floor which was excellent, but waiting time for the elevator wasn't good at all. If you lucky you get elevator after 5min and then it will stop at almost every floor, mostly used by the staff personnel. I asked one of the stuff members why they didn't use elevator for stuff designated, he told me that is to far to walk. The other thing what I didn't like at all is: when I went for the breakfast, the lady at front desk stopped me because I was wearing flip flops and she give me a ugly overshoes, which is normal, but then I see many more local people in the brekfast area with same flip flops and they bin told nothing. I asked the same lady why you stopped me and don't stopping others, then she start going through other people as well.
