We missed our flight in the middle of the night due to delay with baggage claim and baggage drop off. So we needed an accommodation urgently. To soften the stress we had at airport we opted to book hotel. Sadly we had to wait until check in time at 14 hours. But staff arranged a guest room to spend our time and have some sleep. They brought us coffee..the best staff ever! Then next day they took us to our booked room. What a beautiful room!! We spent lovely time here.

Nothing...all was perfect

I have stayed at hotels that are triple the price but New Manila Suites offers something beyond the lavishness that other hotels don’t have: a home. I stayed here with the mindset that I’ll celebrate New Year alone, but Ms. Carrie and Mr. Rick welcomed me such warmth that I got to celebrate and welcome 2025 with them with such a sumptuous feast and fireworks. I will certainly return. The staff were also extremely courteous and welcoming. The room was also very spacious and comfortable. To Ms. Carrie and Mr. Rick, if you ever read this, thanks for allowing me to celebrate the New Year with you. I really enjoyed the conversations, the food, and the warmth of your home.

The staff were awesome, the location was great and the property was very clean and had everything you need to be comfortable. I had an extra guest and was fairly charged 600peso, sorry about that and your staff handled it very professionally. The ambiance was tranquil and serene, this is definitely a unique place in a bustling city. You won’t be disappointed booking here.

I wished I could go somehow go in and out without waking up the staff in the middle of the night but I guess that is for security purposes….just feel bad waking them up every time I have to go out and back in. But felt completely safe at the facility.

I have stayed in 4 and 5 star Hotels that were not as pleasant. I walked about the property in amazement at what I was seeing. Beautiful gardens, green grass with terraces, a place to sit and relax. A magical place to behold. A quiet oasis in the big city. Tranquil with thought put into every corner. Our room was tastefully done and well cared for. Everything provided. A person of skill and focus designed, built and operates this gem. I cannot wait to return. Thank you so much. PS. I am from the US not Columbia as Booking.com reports.

The bed was a little soft.

I like the garden, its a nice area to relax andxhave some fresh air.the rooms are spacious and clean. The common house (sala) gives you that Lola's ancentral home vibes. The staff are courteous and attentive to your needs. The common kitchen is complete of cooking ware incase you want to cook your own food.Very near to Waltermart, SLMC.I will highly recommend this place for those people looking for a B&B (though breakfast not included) in Quezon City.

the scene in the hotel is very beutiful, like a villa. and the layout in the hotel is clean and luxury designing. It's very comfortable to live there. I will suggest my friends to live there when they go to Quezon. and the staff there is very helpful, especially John Mark and the manager Jim are very kind and helpful.

I like the peaceful and nature-friendly exterior. It's very relaxing and the room is spacious. I like the safety as well since it's a gated building. If ever I have commitments in QC area again that's near New Manila Suites, I'll surely book again here. Thank you!

The cousin I'm with didn't like that the lights are only yellow, but I'm fine with that. I tried using Netflix but when I was about to watch the chosen film, it said something about "not in household" - the one that appears when a Netflix profile is shared.

Oasis in New Manila We stumbled upon this small but wonderful 6-room AirB&B on Booking.com. It features a lovely shared area (with kitchen) and large mature garden. The rooms have fully equipped kitchenettes, king-sized beds and heated showers. Everything is built and maintained to Western standards. The Owner lives on-site so it is quiet and secure. "Quiet-time" begins at 10pm but we were out later than than and our first-night "late-arrival" was problem free. There are plenty of fast-food restaurants in the area and several quality dining establishments within walking distance. St Luke's Medical is 5-minutes walk and there are plentiful buses, jeeps and taxis. Highly recommended if you are in the area. TIP: for directions to the Hotel, search for "New Manila Suites"; rather than using the Street Address (because there are several decoys in Quezon City and Manila proper).

Actually this is our home away from home 🥰 We tried various condo staycation and hotel but our heart really decides to go back here when we need a sweet escape ❤️ We always celebrate our special dates here at Manila Suites ❤️ The staff were very approachable, respectful and accomodating 😊 Our eyes will never get tired to see the view from Aster😊 It's calming and refreshing ❤️ Thanks to Ma'am Carrie and her husband 😊

I recently had the pleasure of staying at new manila suites, and I have to say, it was a truly delightful experience. Located in the heart of a bustling city, it was an oasis of calm and tranquility. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable and spacious with all the amenities one could need. But what really made my stay so special was the amazing staff and owner. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel at home. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. Carrie amd her husband was always available to answer any questions I had and made sure I had everything I needed to have a comfortable stay. The rest of the staff was equally amazing, esp. Jay and Louie who always going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They were attentive, courteous, and incredibly professional, making my stay all the more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend new manila suites to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in a busy city.
