The front desk where very attentive. The bed's are comfortable and clean. Hot pot and mini fridge, overall a good stay and I would recommend the Red Planet hotel.

Upon my release from quarantine I went downstairs to get a breath of fresh air , where the gaurd very rudely and immediately confronted me and yelled at me to get back to my room. Not a nice way to treat anybody.

Most of the stuff is friendly,the location is not that bad, but I wish we had the ocean view. Space is kind of small, but the modern minimalist is what I really like the most.. the service is really great, and security guards are all friendly and helpful to the guests . I wish the hotel had free water or offered something for welcoming guests. . All in all, it was a great experience, but there's more that can improve .

There's no manager on duty. If the stuff can't resolve the issues, the guest will no longer render the service that they are looking for. There is no follow-up up on the guest or anything. Like what I said, there's more room for improvement to the guest really wow factor.

I like the location since I am scheduled for an interview in US Embassy. Just a walking distance so its soo perfect... And I guess this place brings good luck since I read from a review too that her US visa was granted. I got my 10 year multiple visa too...

It's not that I don't like but just a suggestion to have at least a welcome BOTTLED WATER. Like me I came from a long travel and when I entered my room, I am expecting at least a free water. But none....

staff: very polite, kudos to them! facilities: They provide towels and soap (in bathroom and toilet dispensers). The reception sells items such as coffee, shampoo, soap though the prices are higher. There is a restaurant in the ground floor. location: It is near some places like the Rizal Park, National museums, US Embassy, baywalk, Robinson's Place Manila, 7/11 stores, etc. You can just walk to these places. If traffic is not bad, the NAIA can be reached in around 30 minutes.

Their is just one downside (though not the hotel's fault), when it is raining the road in front of the entrance gets flooded so you cannot go out without your feet getting wet. I hope the village or local government can do something about it.

First is the location. It is very close to SLEC, which is a very convenient thing in doing my medical. It is also close to nearby tourist attractions that help us in making a good itinerary. The room is very clean and organized and another thing is the view, because I have a good picture of Manila Bay. The staff were corteous, kind and on time when needed assistance. I also love the presence of hot showers.

We're just a little disappointed with the closed road due to Maynilad repairs along the parking space for motorcycles. This led to frustation to our part and little hassle on doing errands for the day. It's not mainly the Red Planet's fault but we hope this matter would be addressed somehow. Also, on our first night, we happen to observe that the air conditioner seem to struggle to give adequate cooling for the whole room which made us uncomfortable for the night.On the morning of our 2nd stay, we noticed a leak on the aircon which was fixed promptly. I would like to recommend though, to put toiletries such as toothbrush and toothpaste and extra rug on the toilet area to prevent trips or falls

This is the best Red Planet I've ever stayed at so far in the Philippines, probably because its newer than the others so they were able to improve on the design. The double room that had what seemed like a queen or king size bed, the lighting was definitely better than the other Red Planet branches, no more ceiling fan, airconditioning was quiet and new, and the best part was the more spacious working desk / area and the addition of a mini-refrigerator, electric kettle, and coffee cups. The bathroom was smaller than the usual Red Planet bathroom, but shower was still strong and warm/hot water flow was reliable. As usual, I appreciate the single dispenser for soap, shampoo, and conditioner instead of having small plastic bottles for them. Service was fast and hospitable. The restaurant downstairs (Manileno's) serves delicious and affordable food with an extensive menu.

The elevator is new, but for some reason the keycard reader takes a while to read the keycard. There were some flickering lights in the hallway of the 8th floor that need replacing.

Despite being warned by a friend never to stay at Red Planet, we had a good stay. Basically all the facilities were fine and I think it's pretty good value for money for Manila. Good location, walkable distance or a short Grab ride to Intramuros and Rizal Park as well as many restaurants. Convenience shops nearby.

The aircon worked well, but it was a bit "slow" in getting started upon entering the room. I don't know if this is common for Filipino hotels or not, but no water was offered. A small fee (like 50 pesos per piece per day) apply to keep the luggage beyond a day.

I loved the room! The place is clean and well-maintained. Staffs are really nice too! Almost everything that you need (as a traveler) was provided in our room. Good wifi, TV, hangers, full-sized mirror, blow dryer, electric kettle, mugs, small fridge, safety box, shampoo/soap, charging area everywhere, small desk where you can work. It was amazing 💕 Also had a nice view of Manila Bay. There's also a lot of restaurants, banks, convenient stores around the area. It was a lovely stay for me and my family 😊

Bed was nice but the pillows were too soft? That was the only issue for me

Our room was immaculate, the cleaning was second to none. The whole hotel felt very safe. Staff were friendly and attentive. Bed was so comfy and had space underneath it for storing backpacks/suitcases. Lots of well placed electrical sockets. Shower was nice and hot, bathroom extractor fan kept humidity to a minimum. WiFi was excellent. Air conditioning was efficient and easy to adjust. We were honestly so happy with our stay here. Would definitely recommend!

I can't think of anything that could be improved.
