location is perfect!

The location was good - very accessible, though we had to keep explaining to cab drivers where to go. The size of the place was expected for a 2-bedroom unit. (The bathroom/toilet was tiny, though) - no exaggeration - it was tiny!

There were too many issues with the place. It seemed that the unit itself was not maintained at all because: * there were items which appeared to be broken, like the curtain rod in one of the rooms and the drawers of a clothes cabinet in that same room * the air conditioning was only in the bedrooms and not in the living room - the air-conditioning were so noisy and seemed to be in bad need of maintenance (or replacement) as they both struggled to cool the rooms - they took a long time cool the rooms * the dining table and chairs were wobbly - either need screws to be tightened or replace them all together... chairs especially not safe - not stable. Better off sitting on the sofa or plastic chairs * the stated inclusions as basic as sufficient toilet paper for 6-days, for 4-guests were not provided (they left a small amount of toilet paper - not even a full roll, and no spares!!! We had to purchase our own) - basic things like complimentary coffee/tea, drinking water, and reliable internet service would have been an expectation for the price of this accommodation - none of these were provided, though there was wifi, it was not reliable as it kept dropping off - "connected without internet". It was a constant 'try again if it works'. * there were insects/cockroaches crawling around the place - that place needs pest control! Apart from its ideal location (proximity to shops and airport) and 2-bedrooms, this place was a huge disappointment. For what we had to pay for, this place should have been better. If only they maintained the place well... I did contact the owner to give her a chance to rectify the situation. There were no apologies or attempts to provide toilet paper, fix the dining set or air conditioning. Instead just blamed it on the 'caretaker' and then later stated that the caretaker may have been busy. We didn't even meet this caretaker.

I booked this place due there was a washing machine which we can use during our stay.

We cannot use the washing machine due it was NOT CONNECTED to the water tap and it was located at the living room 🤨. It was use only for advertising purposes ☹️☹️.

None, I had a terrible and horrible experience.

I was not able to check in because the property is not available from July 25 to 28, it was let out by the owner Charina Van for long term basis, it was a stressful and distressing experience after a 24 hour flight only to find out that me and family has to nowhere to go. The situation that I am in is an organised scam, because I am in a vulnerable situation , i have no choice but to accept the available accommodation offered and pay extra 4000pesos per night, they advice me to claim a refund to booking.com and pacify me that claiming a refund is easy but will take a while. Charina Van even told that just tell booking.com that the property was infested by crackroaches and that will be an easy alibi but the point is I haven’t entered your accommodation. The whole lies started from the receptionist checking my confirmed booking and telling me I have no confirmed booking to calling someone to sort out the situation , offering me alternative accommodation but paying extra money in cash. The guy said he knows the owner and will make arrangement to the owner ( Charina Van) to pay him at the end I end paying extra 4000pesos per night.
