Satisfied with our Breakfast. And what's in there. Filipino cuisine was well introduced. And the selection of food was superb. Highly recommended.

A must improve maybe, (1) Wifi connection (2) Videt at public toilet (near the main lobby) The rest, acceptable as it is. I must suggest for an interior upgade of the room finishes. And change the extra bed if not pleasing to the eye. To impress the Guest well. Kindly focus on the impressions of every Guest as per the value. It will add prestige to all. The location was perfect as it was near shops and restaurants. Daily breakfast was great … loved daily variety of the dishes and also loved the fresh juices.

Internet was spotty aDN even lost internet for one day. There was also one day that we didn’t have cable.

Great place to stay near Greenbelt shopping district, as it’s right across the street. They have the BEST fitness area I have ever seen. The pool was a decent size and clean.

The shower door didn’t close properly so some water seeped out. Aesthetic wise I didn’t care for the ‘yellow’ marble or lighting. Some mold around the shower door.

The hotel's exceptional location provides numerous shopping opportunities and a diverse range of restaurants and cafes. The hotel's staff is exceptionally accommodating and warm throughout the duration of stay. The hotel's lobby lounge staff is outstanding, and the housekeeping team ensured that my room was impeccably maintained with a personalized arrangement of my personal bathroom amenities. We had a pleasant stay and we will be returning for more.

The hair dryer does not have any heat settings, it's only suitable for cold temperatures. It takes a considerable amount of time to dry my hair. The bathroom amenities are provided, however, it would be beneficial if soap were also available.

Very strategic place as location is Close to the shops and restaurants- i felt safe and secure which is very important. Courteous staffs from the front door welcoming the guests up to the staff for airport drop off. Requests were handled efficiently. I like the way they provided glass bottles for pure water and it is a decent amount and size. The big couch and very spacious.

Upon entry to the rooms after getting out of the lift or elevator- there is an odd smell. Please provide some refreshing scents as it smells like Old furniture or carpet. The scent doesn't have to be overpowering or masking anything but kindly evaluate as to where that smell comes from.

Great hotel, excellent facilities and amazing staff! Very helpful, welcoming and dedicated to customer service. Really enjoyed the experience provided by the employees at reception, restaurant, lounge!

The location is perfect for us, there’s the church within reach, shopping, restaurants, all very convenient.

The hotel should have complimentary bottled water available in the rooms.

It's a bit pricey but location, facilities, comfort and staff are really great....I have almost always stay here every time I/we vacation in the Philippines because we feel safe staying here and the location is excellent {which is just across the huge shopping/dining complex(Greenbelt/Glorietta malls and restaurants).You feel very safe staying here and they have a great bar/lounge area plus buffet all-day long. I highly recommended this hotel.

The carpeting in my floor is a bit dated and needs replacing...other than that it has excellent facilities like pool and gyms and saunas.
