nice swimmingpool and central hall. Be aware you hire from a private owner. So the room can be clean or not etc. it depends who is the owner how the room looks. We had big room with many beds, was ok. And nice few to the swimmingpool. Be aware when you book you dont know what floor you book or from which owner. You see that when you check in. The owner give you the key when you check in, not the counter ! So call the owner before when you arrive or you must wait to get your key. Location is nice, near the center of Pasay (baclaran, the moa, the boulevard etc).

Easy to find and accessible as its located in the heart of the city. The building has good security system. Guards and the reception staff are good. Property coordinator is nice and responds to message promptly.

Property not well maintained, kitchen looked untidy; plates old and other utensils looked unkempt. Scary to use. Beds foam too thin and uncomfortable to sleep on. No proper beddings, one thing sheet that served as blanket. Towels are old and seem to be left there by previous visitors. The cabinets are dusty and there are rubbish on top of it. No instructions on how to use TV. No complimentary tea or coffee as was mentioned in their site. Washing machine does not work properly or at least put an instructions. Soap dish in the shower has old, used soap in it.

The location is close to MOA

Everything the room was mouldy which is bad for your health. Very dirty you barely seat on the toilet seat it was so dirty! No toilet paper, no amenities provided. The check in was so hard being talking to 2 different people then the person who’s doing the check in was not answer his phone. Take us longer to check in. Security is terrible! I’m so disappointed with the room so dirty

It’s close to the airport and places we wanted to go visit. Has washing machine. Nice AC quiet. Unit owner seemed nice and had good intentions for his customers.

Front desk / reception area staff rude and unhelpful. Roaches in the hallway at night. Room smells like smoke. Stove dirty and outdated, good there is rice cooker where I can boil utensils. Spoon container got molds. Dish sponge needs to be changed every change of occupant. I think unit will be more welcoming if there’s a color scheme.

Close to location we need to be

I booked 2 double bed, we had 1 and half. We were moved from tower A to D. It wasn’t clearly stated that using the facility i.e swimming pool will have additional fee. The hotel details indicate outdoor patio with sitting area, nothing just window. Not sure if the place was cleaned after previous occupant, we had a present from previous occupant ( half full Starbucks drink and half eaten ice lollies) there small cockroaches. There is half used soap left in the shower room. The owner told my husband that we are lucky to have the place for the price we pay. That was rude. Yes it was cheap but what we expect is what indicated on the booking.

Near moa Mia and airport

First the place is unclean and The bathroom is always wet and smell mold and theres bath towel smells dirty feet.
