Whenever I'm in the MOA area, Chin's Place is my go-to accommodation. I've been staying here for work every year for the past 4-5 years due to our annual convention at SMX, and I've always been satisfied with my stay. This place offers great value for money—definitely cheaper than the hotels around MOA. One thing I particularly appreciate is the ability to cook breakfast, especially in the mornings. There are convenience stores just outside the building, which is very convenient. This year, I decided to walk from the condo to MOA, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that it's just a 10-minute walk, provided you're wearing comfortable shoes. I can't believe I hadn’t tried it before! Sometimes, getting a taxi or Grab to/from the condo can be challenging, so being able to walk is a significant advantage.

**Things to Improve:** 1. We requested rugs for the bathroom and kitchen, which they provided the following day. However, these should be available from the start. 2. It would be nice to have complimentary soaps, tea, coffee, and bottled water. 3. Providing more than one roll of tissue paper would be helpful, as we ran out quickly and had no immediate stock. All in all, despite these minor areas for improvement, I'll definitely stay here again next year.

+ this is now my 3rd time to stay in their property so i trust that they can provide the consistent services and amenities that i expect + when we arrived, they were already waiting for us in the lobby to get in so i liked this + we had a convention in SMX, MOA area so the property has the best location, you can actually just walk to MOA if on comfortable shoes/sandals + definitely value for money, you wouldn't find this kind of price on a hotel in the same location + there's so many food options in the 1st floor around the building, you can also buy groceries in the convenience store and cook food in the property + we requested for an iron/plantsa and extra towel - they willingly provided for them + we requested for late check out and we were able to store our luggages in the room until 2pm + i noticed wifi was pretty much good now compared to the last time i was there last year so this was really good improvement + they have hair dryer

- i wished they had complementary small water bottles, coffee and tea - the microwave was far from the socket but good thing we brought an extension wire. still, they should have an extension wire in this area just for this appliance

The room was clean when I arrived and as stated in their page, payment is only made thru cash so better have it ready in advanced. Ms. Tess accomodated me to the room and was friendly & welcoming. The location is really what made me decide to book this room, literally overlooking MOA Arena, MOA and the famous globe. It's just a 5-10 min walk to MOA Arena and MOA, very convenient; hence the reasonable rate. 👍😃💎💗 Overall, a very good experience staying in this place. Highly recommended 🤗💯

Everything that yoy may need especially as a solo traveller is already available. Although one thing I would like to point out is there is no garbage bin/trash can. So I just made use of recyclable plastics bags 😃 And, the center table just below the TV is a little unstable. It becomes wobbly at times so it might become dangerous if your using it all the time esp. with heavy things. ⚠️

Loved the place since it has a balcony and its right in front of moa. I've been to other accomodations in SEA and though new and clean they were laden with roaches. The room here may not be new but i did not see any creepy crawlies. Wifi was very good too. Great job!

.I think the aircon sorta leakes. Overall, it was an awesome stay.. Too bad i had to leave early

The property is very near MOA.. The unit we booked was larger than we expected.. The staff were accomodating.. we requested for the futon bed and it was immediately delivered.. Will definitely book this place again

+ location - very near to MOA and SMX which was where our event was held + beddings - bed pillows and comforter was so soft and comfortable + owner was very easy to transact with - we asked for plantsa, extra pillow and towels and this was sent right away. we also send our payment mode via gcash which was convenient + great for groups - we were 5 all in all in the room + has a kitchen so we were able to enjoy home cooked meals

+ the wifi was not good and reliable

The location was great and just near the places I wanted to go to especially MOA and other attractions.

I like everything, the place is complete, from towels, kitchenware, to cooking utensils. The staff is very accomodating and there was no problem checking in since the owner/staff will assist you. Me and my partner enjoyed our stay.

Staff made sure everything is working specially tv and netflix before leaving, and we were orriented about things we need to know. Theres towel ❤️ no cocroach 😁 and its in front of MOA building so its a city view ❤️

None so far planning to book again here if needed
