We have been repeat customers since E. Hotel started. I am glad to be back since it feels like home.

Items necessary for maintenance and repair were not complied with such as discolored toilet and sink. The elevator flooring has molds already and the carpet looks very dirty.

Staff were helpful and my room was very big, clean, and comfortable.

Leaking sliding shower / tub door. No bathroom floor towels.. Bath towel looked dirty. No hot water in bath. Maintenance is poor. Freezer of small refrigerator was not defrosted.

Room was not as described. Room was Not carpeted selector on bath/shower didn’t not work. I was unable to stand upright to have a shower due to low ceiling in shower area. This was full board during quarantine. The meals were not suitable for children there was no options you got what you were given. Even if you chose to order from the menu most items not available. Roaches all over the bathroom every night. It may have been due to the work being carried out for most of our stay.

The staff was trying their best but with the quality of the hotel there was nothing that could be done to improve the situation.

I stayed in this hotel with my wife and our 2 children (2 yr old and 9 months old) for our 10 day quarantine. After staying here for a few days it has become unbearable due to the condition of the hotel, the room and the supplies. Even after changing the room inside the hotel, not much has improved. Here some examples: - Our deluxe room which we chose with balcony is facing directly a wall making it impossible to see the outside world. - Furniture is very old and broken - Rooms are not clean upon arrival - cigarette buds on the balcony - No food options for the children and very small portions for us as the adults - Sanitation utensils such as towels and toilet paper is only limited available and towels have holes - Cockroaches and ants in the room - scrambled TV channels and poor internet which makes entertainment for children in quarantine very hard and much more The staff is nice, but cannot do much about it apparently.
