The property has been renovated recently and they are still working on it. The room was very clean and the lady managing the property was super friendly. Room and bathroom were super big. It’s close to the main area but far enough to avoid the noise and the masses. Breakfast was ok. Good value for the money.

It’s a bit hard to find it when you first arrive (a few signs on the way would be really helpful). The condition of the road that leads to the property is quite bad, but to be fair that’s not their fault. Also, one of the neighbours has heaps of roosters making it a bit hard to sleep sometimes.

The property is very peaceful, away from the noise of the main road in Panglao. A bit of a walk from Alona, but ok if you travel with a couple or a group. We stayed in a small hut with privacy, and we really enjoyed the natural style of the property. The staffs are approachable and very understanding . They offer airport pick up for 250php only, and the driver is kind.

The way to the property is very dim at night, but there are some lights on the way. Not advisable for solo travelers if you plan to go to the main beach alone at night, but for sure you can ask the staffs for help or assistance. It is an 7-8min walk to the main road and unless you plan to go to Alona beach at night, it's gonna be fine.

It is a bit of a walk to the beach (15mins) which is not bad during the day but the road is pitch black at night so a bit sketchy. It is in nature so there are a lot of bugs flying and crawling around but the staff got rid of them as soon as we mentioned it!

Really nice and helpful lady!! She even made a gigantic spider go away when I found it in the bathroom and was too scared to do anything. I was disappointed that there was no gas in the kitchen to cook so she moved us in another place near the first one with a kitchen (and private bathroom instead of a shared one), without even asking, so nice. She’s always here to help. It is really calm up there, the neighbor like karaoke but it stops quite soon at night like 10pm max.

Our new room had no hot water but it was ok since I could go in the house next door to take a shower. It had a lot of insects since the room is not in a building but more like a bungalow, and because it is a the “countryside” of Alona Beach. Ants, 2 small spiders and a gigantic one (thanks again for removing it!), some kind of worms, and a small lizard. But it is not the owner’s fault. It is a small walk from downtown Alona Beach, like 10 minutes walking in the back of the area (may be difficult to find at night, maybe the owner should put some signs!). Like 10-15 minutes to the beach.

Quiete location, but close enough to walk to the beach. Only problem might be the access road which is only dirt and mud after the rain. Recently renovated room with huge bathroom and new bed.

Almost everything is exceptional.. From the room to the staff was great especially with the price avail.

Just lights, its kinda dim with our liking. In addition, the pinned location since there were two.

It's in a quiet area witch is nice but at the same time it's close to the main road and alona beach (10-15min walk). The room is big and you have your private bathroom, for the price it's perfect ! And the family is so so nice and helpful. We loved staying here !

- Shared areas like bathroom were not really clean. - some insects because of the natural location. - less flexibility with breakfast. Very basic for people who dont eat meat, only one small egg and a small salad.

The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating.They tried to assist us with checking in even though it was already late at night. The surrounding is homey and relaxing. The free breakfast was also okay esp. with budget price of the hotel.

Such a kind and welcoming place where you are treated like family. Beautiful location and property, which is exceptionally clean. Amazing breakfasts and a short walk from the beach, perfect for families.
