we paid bit extra for the room with beach view. it was worth it. the view was the best you can get. the room was very large. very comfortable bed. Relatively quiet area, but 10 minutes walking distance from the hotspot for all nightlife (station 2). The restaurants and bars next to hotel are also very good, Bistro des Amis was our favourite.

Staff was too eager in selling us island hopping tours and activities, while the rates they had for this were higher than you can arrange on many other places on the island. The included breakfast is only very basic, for better breakfast extra charges.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The "free breakfast" is a big plus and itbis nice. The only thing is that you are only given 3 options to choose from. . It be nice if there were more options than 3 to choose from.

The balcony room had wooden panels in front of the glass balcony panels, taking the best views away. This was a big disappointment and not mentioned on booking.com. The room was advertised with stunning and unencumbered views of the ocean, but the views were blocked for all upstairs rooms.

The Wifi is ridiculous. It is very unstable and disconnects every 2 minutes. They give you like 5 wifi networks to connect to, but every one of them is sooo unstable you can barely do any work. So if you are thinking of working from here, forget it. (They said something to the effect that it’s normal because it’s an island but come on, I have stayed at other hotels in Boracay and they have decent wifis. You need to do something about it because your guests are gonna need Wifi. That is the only issue really. Everything else about the hotel was good.

We selected a second floor room with a view of the ocean. What a view! The room was huge, with a comfy king sized bed and two aircon units. The deck facing the ocean was large as well. The staff were very nice and arranged a tour guide to meet us at the hotel to show us available tours. It is also located on a quiet area of the beach, which was nice.

No access for cars and scooters. The taxi dropped us down the street and we had to walk the rest of the way. Pack light!

The lady who manages the hotel is very friendly and warm. Even my boyfriend sends regards to her for being very sweet! If you're in boracay to have a swim and just hang out without the worry of "a crowd", this is your place to be. Just a few steps away from the beach! The view from where you have breakfast is also amazing. Despite bad weather, the warmth of the staff made the trip worth it. We can't wait to go back - hopefully!

The staff go above and beyond to make our stay feel like home. This includes preparing the most delicious Filipino delicacies which are off the menu (so they go to the market and shop for you specifically). The location in Station 3 is perfect as it’s quiet but great for toddlers as there are lots of local children playing in the area and right beside a great bistro and restaurant. This hotel attracts wonderful hotel guests, many of whom have now become friends!

Sometimes the hot water doesn’t quite work but it doesn’t matter hugely given how hot it usually is on the island

We stayed in an ocean view room and it was magnificent. The view from our window and balcony, I think, is the best on the island. Huge room with plenty of space to relax and settle in. Lots of great restaurants and bars close by, but the hotel is quiet at night which was perfect. Had a great rain shower, big comfy bed and lots of chairs to relax in.

Would have been great to have access to drinking water. We had to keep buying it from the shops. There was only those little packets of soap, which felt very cheap considering the price you pay. Also better for the environment if they have a body wash/hand soap dispenser. Better towel rails would also make a big difference. These are minor things.

Location. Station 3 works best for us. Nice and quiet away from the busyness of Station 2. You're more likely to have the section of beach in front of the hotel all to yourself. Room. Massive and really spacious with a gorgeous sea view for a very affordable price. Breakfast. Free but only for 3 basic options. Additional 140 PHP for the rest which isn't much but needs to be mentioned. Breakfast itself is really good, complete, and fairly heavy.

Closest road ends as a footpath so there's a bit of a walk from where you will get dropped of by a transport (needed for going to the port and other places). Went during low season so kitchen wasn't as busy along with other restaurants nearby. Basic soap and shampoo offered.
