Great place to stay, easy to get around, location was fantastic, room was big and spacious with a terrace over looking the pool, breakfast was buffet style and food was goodgreat entertainment with the fire dancers, the sky bar is absolutely brilliant, everything about this resort is fantastic

Unfortunately we were without a toilet for around 22 hours as the flush did not work. Made our request for repairs but took that long to repair and couldn't have a shower the first morning we woke as no water either. Problem was resolved just took a long time. A lot of the hot food was cold and the toaster didn't work at all for the three days we were there

Very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. The gym was fantastic, with a nice pool and great location.

The music was very loud and annoying, especially during the day, when nobody was even around to party. Even with my room door closed, it was a constant beat coming through. Also the DJ should learn how to read the crowd and choose his style accordingly. I get that this is a party-island, but this specific location does not merit the music, nor the style of music. At no point was there anyone around having a party, perhaps this should tell the DJ something. Also the personel wasn't very friendly.

I liked how nice the staff are! There are lots of amenities to enjoy and they do encourage you to try them out by giving you multiple vouchers to use during your stay. I love how less crowded it is in that area.

I found it quite bothersome that you would need to request for certain things that should've been basic to be inside your room: bath towels, hotel slippers, fresh set of shampoo. Also we wanted to be safe with our belongings and use the vault in our room but we found out that it wasn't working due to old batteries. Our bed was also only made but wasn't turned like we expected when we asked our room to be made.

The room were we stayed was fantastic, big space and very comfortable room. The bed was amazing and the bath and the shower was fantastic I love it

The service that I don’t like is when our towels were wet, and we would like to go for a swim at the pools while we having dinner at roof top and drinks, but unfortunately the guy who look after the swim towels won’t able to give us one, because he recon we have used the towels for the day and if we want to ask the towels for more than twice a day, we were be charging which pho 50 pesos per towels which is very poor and sad ask for your own guest, very poor and sad. Also I wasn’t happy the view of our room, very ugly roof dirty neighbours background old roof etc I’m sure the hotel knows where it is and for sure all the guest arrive we’re expected a better view than this! I hope they can work it out, other than that it was beautiful hotel, happy to stay there again in the future

be careful with a 'partial sea view' in a room description, it may mean you will see few inches of beach from a specific angle by the window... breakfast bufet with rather not many european options, was struggling to choose anything

Location is amazing. A bit more private than other stations on the island. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There's great places to eat and drink within the resort. Always lots of activity especially with the fire dancers nightly. Onsite spa and gym was convenient. Rooftop pool has stunning sunset views. Was made to feel very welcome and safe as a solo traveller. Highly recommended to stay here.

The water pressure in shower wasn't great and necessities like toilet paper and tissues need to be upkept. Can be noisy late into the night and very early morning in the pool access rooms.

Situated at station 3, 10 minutes to walk to D MALL. Everything is very colse. Good Italian and Japaneese restaurants are near. Bar works 24/7, sun beds are provided directly on White beach. Bar personell is very open and affable.

The breakfast might be better. The music in bar on weekends is a mix of eurodance, tech house and other kind of low quality electronic music w/o any concept. I consider it is due to the asian listeners tradition, but changing a music

The location is perfect: not far from the port and at the same time in the heart of nightlife, walking distance to D Mall and everything needed. The rooms in old buildings look at the sea, they are big and with balconies. The infinity pool in the top 6th floor provides the best sunsets as well.

There is no opportunity to get the very hotel by e-track or taxi so one has to walk with the belongings from the nearest street along the beach to the hotel entrance. I had a sea-view room on the 3d floor - there were no such necessary facilities as racks for towels and a soap case

The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The location is a great spot, close to all activities, however not directly in the middle of the noise on beach walk. The view from the hotel was amazing. 24hr concierge was always helpful. The rooftop was our favourite, we were served an incredible selection of cocktails by Cavin. Who did not disappoint in his talent and his service was a 10/10, we felt very well taken care of in his service.

We had no elevator available from ground floor to our room on level 3. Walking up and down 4 flights of stairs with luggage wasn't ideal. Access to the resort is via a 5minute beach walk, across sand. Which wasn't great for our luggage, the wheels are still jammed with sand.

i like the hotel from the lobby pool to its infinity pool on the rooftop, the dj's are cool, the fire dancers are amazing and the exciting part is the foam effect to the pool. its satisfyingly fun!

i like the hotel, but there is just slightly problem with the bathroom. The water from the shower area goes all over the bathroom because of its low gap so its flooding the bathroom. Breakfast need more variety of choices to attract more guest. Other than that everything is a great experience.
