Location next to the nicest area of White Beach. Very tasty breakfast and food in restaurant. Rooms are clean and spacious with cleaning service every day.Staff is very friendly.

The only one minus of the hotel(but propably every hotel in this area) is really high humidity in the room.

Pinnacle Resort & Villas was very nice to stay at. It's away from the bustle of the town, so it's peaceful. The room was very spacious, and there were a lot of additional provided amenities, like shower cap, face washers, body lotion, large umbrellas, beach towels and thongs/flip-flops, and an air purifier. All the staff were polite and friendly, and helpful when I had any queries. The free hotel shuttle was very useful, and they would order an e-trike for you if it wasn't available. There is private access to White Beach via some stairs, and the pool area is well equipped for lounging around.

My room faced the building adjacent, so it didn't have much natural light. Not a huge deal, but it would've been nice not to have to turn the lights on during the daytime

The senior management were professional and helpful at all times! The close location to the best part of white station beach was awesome, as you just have to walk down some stairs to reach it. Assitance with e-trikes and overall accomodating us was superb. Our room was big enough for four of us and we got upgraded to a room with a balcony.

Junior or cleaning staff (wearing white shirts) made comments and jokes about my daughter and did not notice us seeing them. As we stayed 18 days it was uncomfortable running into them and one girl in particular showing her friend exageratedly to smile while her back was turned to us. Spoiled our wonderful time a bit.

Staff is amazing ! Location is great ! Hotel is lovely. It was much better than we were expecting. It was totally worth it . Next time we are back in Boracay we will definitely stay in Pinnacle hotel again ! Hotel provides Free shuttle ride to Dmall. Acess to white beach is through stairs, but we did that route everyday with a 3 year old and a 7 year old and there was no problem. Thank you so much for the staff for being so helpful . Specially thanks to Ruen for being so nice and friendly to our family.

Breakfast could be better (have more food variety), but all food available is delicious. Swimming pool a bit cold Ants in the room

We stayed 5 days in Pinnacle since we booked last minute with limited options. I was pleasantly surprised by it. It is right behind the Lind so it will take some walking and stairs to get to and from your room to the beach, so it’s not quite recommendable for seniors/people with mobility problems. This wasn’t a problem for the younger people though. Room is nice and big, cleaned well daily. With fresh towels and beach towels available for you daily. Water bottles provided on first day. The rest of the time, there were no more water bottles but there is a purified water dispenser outside our room. No hair dryer in the room but the front desk was able to provide one for me when I asked. Breakfast was a good, decent selection. Staff are helpful and nice. Shuttle to and from DMall was a great perk, and saves you money since a one way trip of the same distance costs around 150-200 Php.

Our room was a bit awkwardly set up. The sink was right beside the bed and open air/access. Door to the toilet and shower was also open air (the partition/door is only halfway through the ceiling). You would be able to hear everything in the bathroom from your bed. I did not ask for a different room anymore since my companions were comfortable in their adjacent room. I skipped the coffee daily since it didn't taste like coffee at all. Would have liked to use the gym but this was not furnished yet.

nice rooms, nice pool area and just very well kept all around. the morning buffet was varied in option from day to day. the staff was very helpful with any requests. a short 2min walk and your at the station 1 beach. laundry service is very good and cheap aswell. room service 24/7.

it’s very minor, but we couldn’t smoke at our balcony because there’s a no smoking policy at the property. another minor thing would be that even though they offer free shuttle to the city, there was usually a waiting time of 20-45mins. but in those circumstances they could offer to call another which you had to pay, but it was normally 150pesos for a ride to the town centre. but we still think the place and staff was 10/10

Every single member of staff were amazing , a relatively new property , comfortable rooms lovely beds and pillows , modern with an excellent choice of satellite channels , great Wi-fi, lovely clean pool and area, access to the beach via 72 steps, no problem if you are able to climb descend , I considered it a great location despite the stairs. The best thing about my stay was the lovely staff The breakfast was a little cold but wholesome

The Philippines has a rainy climate and the air conditioning needs to be kept on in the rooms , we requested that the daily cleaning should NOT include mopping as the floor became slippery and clothing and bedding felt damp , that sorted the problem and the staff are so accommodating

The staff is very accommodating, very nice, the property is located in station 1 so it’s very quiet at night. We stayed in the family suite and we love the room/villa. The property is secured they have a security by the main gate.

It’s really not much of a big deal because you can always find another restaurant to eat at, but Pinnacle has a limited menu so there’s really not much of an option, so what we did was since The Lind is right infront of Pinnacle we ordered our food from them.

The hotel is nice and the room is spacious.

We asked for a pick-up transfer as we are arriving very late they wanted 50% downpayment, since we are traveling the bank transfer was not possible. And ended up very lost so glad there is a last minute transportation at the airport.Not suitable for the elderly and with disabled people, only stairs to reach the beach. Breakfast was boring and one sided. First night there were fire alarm and multiple power failure nobody didn’t know anything what was going on!
