The hotel is right at the beach, there is a 300m or so walk from the main road (applies to all the facilities at the beach). Rooms are good size and have balcony. Breakfast was quality, good option though not too many. They keep changing menu options which we loved. And the view from the breakfast lobby is million bucks. They also provide towel n beach chairs. Close to all the attractions and food outlets. The pool is nice though and good enough size for family fun time.

We liked everything about the property ..our room was large and clean ..everything we needed was in the room ..the staff very attentive and helpful … our room was across from the pool and the beach right out the front door Breakfast was plentiful and delicious…the staff brought our luggage to our taxi ..very good service

Amazing location couldn’t have asked for more. The staff were great, hospitable, friendly and extremely professional. Made our stay comfortable.

The breakfast was good. Good choices and the staff really friendly and helpful. The location was excellent only problem there was an alley you had to walk through which was not at all pleasant. When it rained it flooded. The staff were friendly polite and very willing to help. They had a guy outside selling trips who was extremely pleasant and not at all pushy

The WiFi was not good kept loosing connection and the alley you needed to walk down to get to hotel dreadful

Great location at the center of white beach with many places around. Immediate 5-10m distance to beach :) super convenient. Amazing welcome with all explanations from available services to return arrangement/prepared breakfast for early check-out. Regular cleaning of surrounding (sand etc) / fast response for room service. Quality SPA in-house. Staff regularly with positive vibe. Pool, bar, 2 restaurants in-house. At 10pm all facility close enabling quiet zone for guests.

Sounds isolation for rooms with interconnecting door could be better.

Everything was superb - room (we gor a premier), service, food and location (beach front and just beside D'Mall).

The only thing we didn't like is that there is no direct access to the main road, we had to walk for about 5 mins in a small alley/rough road - not convenient specially if you have lots of luggage and a baby and it's raining.

Located at the beachfront nice and cozy place... Everything you need place the people and food one of the best boracay has to offer but unfortunately one incident ruined the perfect score

It's 730 am 2 hrs before our airport transfer (930am) After our bfast on our way back to our room to have some more rest... Upon entering our room we saw One of the staff is already cleaning the room he said for room clearance? What without our consent and I don't remember calling the front desk for us to check out during that time .. I don't know why he is cleaning the room knowing its still 2hrs before our airport transfer.. We just feel violated... But nonetheless we had a great time

Location was excellent! Few feet away from the beach and restaurants. Staff were all polite, attentive and friendly. Our bed was so comfortable. Room was spacious, clean and complete with toiletries, bottles of water, umbrella, sanitizing kit and beach towels. The spa was so clean and well-maintained. Prices are competitive. Foot massage was so relaxing!

Breakfast ahould have more options for foreign guests who are not fond of filipino food.

Great location very helpful friendly staff alway make you feel welcome

The restaurant food is good view is great. Trying to eat to the nightclub music they play isn’t. It’s fairly priced but not cheap, so they need to be a little flexible with the menu. But aren’t and charged extra to do a small change we made making both meals with same veggies. Made it easier for them. They need to get new towels in the rooms they are worn and very old not to the high standard of everything else.

The location of the The District is fantastic, just step out of the lobby, then you can see the station 2 beach. D'mall is just a few walks away. Easily accessible to all kinds of activities on Boracay Island. If you did not book any activities before arriving Boracay. No need to worry, just call the front desk, and there are multiple activities with reasonable prices and superb service. Jetty port transfer is also available at the front desk. Hotel staff are really really nice, always happy to assist. Staying at the District is one of the best choices for first timers with a more than adequate budget or couples and families to stay. I would choose to stay at the The District again, if i have the chance to visit Boracay Island.

Not in particular, the room smelled a little damp when entering, but after turning on the AC, the smell went away.
