Brand new, clean and well designed. The customer service at this hotel is the best I've ever had and location is great because it's right on the beach! They pay attention to every little detail and do not hesitate to help out with anything you need. They were there to pick us up right at the Port and walked us through a process in order to get over to the island. So helpful and kind! Then upon departure we were escorted back to the port once again. They do actually have a round trip service that I did not take advantage of because I didn't realize they have a private speed boat to help smooth over the process of getting to the island. I would recommend booking that for anyone that would like a smoother process. The hotel was so clean, bright and nice! I love the greeting they have for you every time they see you with their hand on their chest/heart, which I thought was unique. Breakfast every morning was perfect and we loved the cute notes they left every day with a treat inside the rooms. My family and I had connecting rooms which was nice. We enjoyed the swimming pool at the sister location which was also very nice. I can't say enough great things about the hotel! Would definitely go back and recommend this hotel!

I only wish their water spout was working at front of property to wash off sandy feet before entering their beautiful hotel. I believe they will have it working soon as it was designed that way but water wasn't on yet for it. Other than that, no complaints.

The staff were some of the best, most hospitable, courteous and polite people I’ve ever met. You’ll feel right at home because they’re very attentive of your needs. Customer service was superb that a staff from the hotel welcomed us at Jetty port even when we didn’t book a transfer directly from them. They also prepared a little something for our friend who’s celebrating her bridal shower! While breakfast was not a buffet since they’re still on soft opening, it was still amazing. Really delicious food! Amazing breakfast options! Place was also really nicely designed. Love the aesthetic!

Wish they had telephones in their rooms so you can contact front desk for your needs more easily. But maybe that’s only because they’re on soft opening and they’ll have it when they open. I also wish there was a faucet before you enter the hotel so you could wash the sand off before entering.

there is no terrace, no window to fresh air, ventilation is not done properly, so you can often feel the humidity in the room and sometimes an unpleasant smell. when you come on vacation, this is an important thing, both for drying things and for fresh air. I hope that somehow manages to solve that

From arrival to departure I can say its really wow Especially to the staff who assist us Sir Karl thankyou so much for carrying our luggage from the airport up to the hotel .great job ! Thank you for making the room clean and take maintaining it high standards the way the room so comfortable and cool and providing a relaxing environment for all the guest .All the staff is friendly and attentive . They offer also a delicious delicacy and good amenities. The location is good beach front and easy to access dmall boracay Thankyou so much for providing the best and quality services to offer. Beautiful hotel on beach front on Station 2 of Boracay! Convenient to everything. Breakfast is outstanding. The staff are attentive, friendly and overall Fantastic! Beautiful infiniti pool overlooking the beach. We would definitely book here again!

We needed to relocate to a different room because construction was literally happening on the walls outside our room. Unfortunately, when they relocated us it was near the front desk and area where breakfast is served. This area can become very noisy especially in the evenings because it near where the have live bands and singers. The hotel is new so they have growing pains.

Very friendly, courteous, and attentive staff. Included breakfast was on point and hotel was close by or in the center of night life. Beach front access and staff are always ready to assist at any time of need. Though pool were not ready as they are currently under soft opening, was provided access to their sister-hotel pool nearby.

Not what I did not like but for improvement would be an addition of closet/drawers for clothes. Also, WiFi is very spotty/no connection in the room and would be great if they have WiFi extenders so that it would work properly to have a descent connection as WiFi only works great in the lobby and restaurant area. No biggy as you are there to disconnect and enjoy the beach and experience it with family and friends ☺️.

Design and aesthetic, nice rooms, good TV and streaming services available, location, complimentary desserts, arrival experience was very good.

Only supplying one roll of toilet paper, not having seperate shampoo & conditioner, the noise every night is very loud and breakfast was average but the omelette made fresh is really good. The rooms need sound proofing. There are signs everywhere throughout the hotel floor and rooms advising of “quiet zone” however, the whole hotel has very audible music blasting to the early hours of the morning… Sort of contradicting.

Since we stayed there during soft opening 1. Provide hand rails - stairs leading to the coffeeshop, swimming area, and stairs going to the rooms 2. Provide security in the elevator lobby leading to the hotel reception area 3 .provide small ref in every room 4. No windows

The location is perfect. 10 meters from the water and the hotel provided us with beach towels and mats as well which was great. The staff were kind and attentive. Nice food at the Hakuna Matata restaurant for buffet breakfast and a la carte dinner. Comfortable, super modern and clean rooms with everything you need. Thank you for all your small gifts and always present help and smiles.

The halls were quite noisy with staff providing room service early in the morning or people walking and talking at the reception area which reflected into the quality of our sleep. I wish there were carpets or more noise protection on the windows for that reason. The room we had also lacks some closet space which is fine for a short stay but could be a bit uncomfortable when traveling with big suitcases for longer time.
