Very cute room, super friendly hosts, delicious breakfast. Feels like home. Nice quiet neighbourhood, near a school. Laundry house is just next door. A little walk away from the beach and restaurants.

Very thin walls and ceiling, you can hear the TV from the next room and people in the hallway as well as roosters in the middle of the night. The room is a bit dark for doing makeup or reading.

Staff - everybody was no hospitable and helpful, I got sick during my stay and they gave me an alternative breakfast as well as the staff checking up on me. Breakfast - you can preorder it a day before and they are lots of options Location - very close to a lot of shops, D-mall, breachfront etc. Payment option - they accept VISA/Master payments which a lot of the shops in Boracay does not

Kitchen - we saw a mouse running around the kitchen area, where the plates/glasses are located. I hope they improve this as this affects the hygiene/food and health safety

The Filipino food was fantastic! The longganisa was the best I’ve ever had! The staff were really friendly and accommodating and it was a short walk to station 2 and walkable to station 1. The place was clean and it was nice to stay somewhere small. They were also able to assist with public transport.

Cleaning was inconsistent. Some days my room was cleaned and other days it was not - for example, I had breakfast serviced to my room but I returned home that night and my plate with fish bones was still on the table. Some consistency would help or maybe let them know you would like room service every morning?

1. The location is far from the beach (around 6-8 mins walk) and 5 mins walk to DMall (which is not that bad, really!) 2. There was a Karaoke playing right beside the hotel around 4pm until 9pm. My son was not able to sleep properly because of this (only happened once though).

I loved that the decor was actually down to earth, hassle free. It was generally quiet considering I got a room by the window. The staff were nice and accommodating to all my request. I loved that it was a quiet place to just be in.

In my room, the shower's position was not adjustable hence I had to get close to the wall to shower. There was no proper wardrobe to store much of one's belongings. The safe couldn't fit a laptop either but I didn't need these during my visit.

The staff were really nice, specially kuya Joms. He was really warm and kind. Check-in was quick and easy. They even gave us welcome drinks which, even if it was just plain, powdered iced tea, is a nice touch. For someone like me who doesn’t want to be smack in the center of all the chaos, the location of this hotel is perfect. It is in the residential area of Boracay, but it’s just a few hundred meters away from Station 1 and DMall. The breakfast wasn’t bad as well. They will have it prepared at your preferred time—which they will ask the night before. The rooms were very comfy, specially the beds and pillows (there were lots!) They even have free mats you can borrow and use to chill on the sand. They also have free water should you need a refill. My friend and I rented a scooter and they graciously allowed us to park it in front of the hotel for free. Their check-out is at 12 noon which is really nice since most other hotels ask you to check-out earlier. If your priortiy is to chill by the beach and still have a nice place to stay, while also staying within a budget, then Urban Botique hotel is the best hotel for you.

I can’t really think of anything at the moment. Urban Botique is the perfect hotel for someone who just wants to chill in Boracay while staying in a more than decent place.

Easy 10 minute walk to D’mall. They held our luggage for us until room was ready. Plenty of breakfast options. Laundry was done same day for cheap. Also, they conveniently hold your room key for you so it doesn’t get lost. Had a room with a large double bed and single and it fit a family of 4 great.

Paid for 2 rooms of 4 adults and 4 children with breakfast included. We were told only 4 meals would be provided to all 8 of us. Luckily the children were all so young that we could split meals with. It didn’t make sense that we paid higher for each room with 4 occupants to only get meals for 2. Also, there was a cockroach in one of the rooms.

I like that it is 3 mins away from the white beach and 2mins walk from bulabog which is the back beach it is between station 1 and 2. Accessible to d'mall and there are many stores, restos within the area, there is also a laundry shop beside the hotel its a big plus! Also the staffs are all helpful and nice but kuddos to kuya lenard who is very welcoming and friendly and approachable during our one week stay at the hotel ty so much u've been a great help to us! The rooms are all comfy, clean and homey and its minimalistic style looks cute.

The manager's attitude and approach to her guests is so annoying beware because at first she is nice but once u get to know her she is not!

Best hotel for the price ! Ok.. it isn't a 5-star hotel, but for the money, what you paid was definitely the best hotel we stayed in. We have stayed in more stars hotels and definitely had worse feelings than in Urban Hotel ! The staff are absolutely amazing The location- about 10 mins walk to the white beach ( it's in nice and quiet street) Breakfast - very good , freshly cooked every morning. Will definitely stay there again

There is no power from 12-16 pm, and from 23 pm u til 2 am so if you heavily rely on electricity or air condition during that time I don't think this place is for you for us didn't make any difference to us

Good breakfast (need to choose from several options on the day before), cleanliness, very friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean and comfortable bathroom (that is rare for the Philippines).

The hotel sent a couple of messages within 2 weeks prior to arrival with request to pay 50 % of the cost by means of bank transfer! I have never faced such requirement before from hotels accepting cards (this hotel accepts cards, it was confirmed at the check-in). I just ignored this request and everything was ok, we checked in and payed in cash at the check-in (it was also possible to pay by a card).
