Upon arrival we were welcomed by very friendly and professional staff. We had a tour around the hotel which has so much history and has over 600 painting displayed around the hotel. It has a beautiful character. We had breakfast and dinner at Sissi restaurant and the experience was great, great ambience and beautiful food presentation. I would recommend to offer more vegetarian options at dinner. Wellness was wonderful and felt very private. Location of the hotel is about 1-2min walking distance to the train station.

There was no kettle or coffee machine in the room. The comfort was compromised by really cheap and old pillows and duvets - simply not a five star level. QR codes next to paintings were not connected to any relevant information about paintings. We tried in different room but they simply don't work. AC in our room was not working properly, so ended up sleeping with open window. The prices of mini bar and restaurant are really steep. The fine dining area is open on the weekends which was a bit of let down as we stayed there during the week.

An absolutely beautiful stay in Hotel Lomnica. My partner and I got a lovely room with a view on the iconic Tatra mountains. The staff of the hotel was helpful and fun, breakfast was delicious with a big selection of local bread, dairy products and cured meats. A fabulous touch was a private chef preparing fresh omelettes as you like it! Well done, guys! Will be back!

My only suggestion is that your wellness staff should become a little more attentive when it comes to going around and asking for drinks orders.

This is a superb hotel, a boutique establishment with a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere and truly 5-star services and staff attitude. A very pleasant guest experience. The restaurant also offers top quality service and culinary delight. Great wellness centre, not too big but offers everything you need. Minibus from hotel door to ski lift included. Well done and thank you!

The prices have risen substantially since our previous stay. Other than that, it is really difficult to find any negatives.

This place exceeded my expectations. The attention to details from personal (welcome prosecco while we were waiting for their system update), professionalism, high quality and cleanliness of room (loved the shower gel from London), live music in a bar, the smell of the hotel, the art work on the walls, the variety of rooms in spa (outdoor and indoor jacuzi), bfest with many culinary nibbles (chefs able to cook on demand and prosesso available also for bfest). The whole stay was another experience. Thank you! I will be back, and would be proud to recommend this hotel to my friends.

Honestly, this is rare…but there is nothing.

Combination of traditional look with modern service! Beatiful interior and very professional staff. Also both restaurants, cafe and other food experiences were amazing.

Location is a bit disappointing - main road from one side and huge parking lot from the other. Also the village Tatranska Lomnica is in general not very interesting - almost nothing to do there and only low quality restaurants.

The spa and breakfast. Had a fantastic massage here. And the breakfast was lovely. The staff helpful and knowledgeable.

The building and its location felt less serene than expected. Also, since it was a weekend-it was super busy. We ended up getting the last room available and unfortunately “the view” promised was composed of a concret wall. Fortunately the staff figured out a different option and we got a better room.

Coming in Slovakia every year, this is the best hotel/restaurant where we have been in so far. The hotel has a classical design and everything from the bedroom to the restaurant or the service were perfect. Our Kids really enjoyed the place and specially the indoor swiming pool.

The employees are really great. The old building is very nice. The Spa is nice and not crowded.

The booking.com offer stated “view on the mountain”, there was not such a view, the room was giving to the opposite direction. No draft beer at the hotel bar.

The hotel is located in the picturesque little village right in the heart of the High Tatra Mountains - the views are none to one. The hotel is luxurious, staff super helpful and the breakfast really tasty with a free Prosecco as a bonus! Their spa is a must go.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The surroundings are beautiful and luxurious. The spa area is great, but a little bit small. Breakfast one if the best we’ve ever had.

The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable.
