The hotel is very clean and situated in a calm area. 25 min away from central train station by public transport, or 10 min away by car/taxi. The stuff is very friendly, respectful, very helpful and hard working when it comes to cleaning. I was very happy and satisfied of my stay in Focus hotel. There’s a big supermarket just next to it. And the Sauna/gym is great.

The hotel is situated in a nice quiet place and has a spacious private parking site. Reception is available 24 / 7. We stayed in a room with a super-big queen`s bed and a coach for children. The bathroom had a shower cabin and a bath, which was spotlessly clean and spacious. There were a few bottles of water, tea and coffee portion sachets, sugar and electric pot in a room. Breakfast was tasty and varied. We found a nice cozy pizzeria nearby in a 5-minute walk with extremely tasty pizza for dinner.

We rented two rooms for our trip to see Rammstein in Chorzow. The hotel is very nice and clean with spacious rooms and convenient location for us near the highway as we were driving. Located close to tram line for easy access to katowice and chorzow. Direct tram to the enormous park as well as the stadium.

The price for the night of the concert was incredibly inflated for the concert dates. Although i am sure the other properties in town did the same it was disappointing. The everyday rates are reasonable.

It was great! It surely improved my stay in Chorzow! The breakfast was very complete and the possibility to take away sandwiches and fruit was mindblowing, really helped during the day, I would like to have the option to have bananas also but well, thats just a minor detail. I also used the gym and it was good, though it could have more things, or at least a place for laying and stretching after cardio, but other that that it was amazing stay!

I always had the feeling that in the bathroom was a smell like tabacco or like if someone had been smoking there. I do not smoke, hopefully the cleaning personnel doesn't also, and I do not know why, but there was always this smell...disgusting. And there was always bottle with water with gas in the room, no still water =S

The services were great: sauna and gym available even at nights and the staff helpful to help you in any possible way.

Parking is available paying and extra cost - considering the cost of the room, i think it was excessive. The gym is ok, but quite poor in equipments: if there were a couple of weighs, a skipping rope and some gymnastics mats it would be much better with a little effort

Good value basic hotel not far from the main highway and railway. Rooms are a good size and beds fairly comfortable. Showers fine. Staff friendly enough. Breakfast very good for a basic hotel.

Nothing really. It is much better than other 3* hotel chains like Ibis.

The bed was large and super comfortable. The room was clean and the complimentary drinks every day were a big plus.

The staff cannot do anything about it but it was often a little noisy outside when the windows were open but the noise isolation was good enough if you want to stay with the AC turned on.

Very specious and clean room with all amenities you could think off. Big and comfy bed. Clean and also very spacious shower-room. Upon arrival room was nice and warm (stay in December). Decent speed WiFi. Great value for money.

We stayed in Focus hotel mostly because of the relatively proximity to Katowice's airport (at night, around 25m drive). The room was spacious and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Good value for money. great access to the highway.

The smell in the corridor wasn't pleasant...

Pleasant staff. Very wide beds. A very convenient hotel for an overnight stay. Very good value for money.

we booked 3 rooms. 2 were great, but the next one had a broken toilet and torn curtains. All the rooms had bad soundproofing as you could hear other people walking or talking all the time.
