It was my first time in Katowice and in Diament Hotel. And I was happy with the choice that I've done. The room is clean and you have everything inside of it. The hotel is very quiet so you can sleep and have a nice rest. The hotel is very close to the city centre. Miss Ewelina and Mr. Daniel were very helpful and they knew how to take nice care. Thank you so much for your care and support. I will definitely come back and will recommend your lovely place. ❤️❤️❤️

I liked everything was provided there like toothbrush and toothpaste set, bathrobe, slippers,etc. I liked the tools and equipment in the kitchen. I liked the cleenliness and the comfort everywhere. Everything looked like new and there was a lot of space :)

I haven't liked the hotel reception is located on the first floor. No light under shower. Lack of breakfast and restaurant near by. There is a mood of old times, like pictures on the wall, colors in the Everything else was really great.

This place has clean and spacy rooms. Everything was comfortable, and there were no issues I registered during the stay. I needed a place to sleep in for a week and this hotel delivered exactly that.

The only thing I did not like was that the staff tried to charge me once again for the money I'd already transferred to them on the night of my arrival. I understand that nobody was perfect, but I had to insist a couple of times before the staff double-checked and confirmed that the total amount had been paid. If I weren't so sure of my right and were a bit shy, I would have spent more than needed and probably found out about that after a long time.

The apartment we stayed in was fantastic! We love coming back to Diament Spodek because the staff is so kind and accommodating, the hotel itself is in an iconic Spodek building, the service is fantastic. There is nothing that our stay was lacking. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely come again!

Really nice staff at the reception, comfortable and spacious room, the possibility to rent out board games + access to a coffee machine were a nice bonus!

One thing that I didn’t like was that it was not possible to complete the upfront payment via booking.com and instead I was sent a link to a website that I didn’t know about, so that did not feel very secure (but everything went well in the end)

Very good staff who did accomodate requests. Nice overall hotel!

There were noisy construction works at the time but the staff helped me to find a relatively quiet room.

Perfect location to attend a concert also a short walk into center.

I gave facilities only 2 stars, because there were none, just a room and breakfast (that was good but costs extra) parking too. But in this case it was all we needed.

The staff was diligent in check-in, provided requested information, like: availability of restaurants in the neighborhood. The room was small but comfortable and equipped with a kettle and some coffee and tea.

The restaurant at the hotel was closed, so no breakfast was available.
