It is a mountain small town, so I did not expect much from the hotel. It is an old, nearly 100 years old building. Still it is ok. Breakfast was good. Receptionists and other stuff are hice and helpful. It is in very good location in the Kamienna Gora.
Just some details could be better in the room, or in the bathroom, and the ring bell for the hotel could be much more quiter, since in the night when somebody rings, or telephone rings, it is very noisy, but just noisy for a few moments, otherwise it is a nice and quite hotel.

The location was very good, just few steps from the train station.the room was large! and had everything what a guest needs. for its price was it really very very good. Thank you!

Beds were comfy, surroundings quiet. Breakfast was basic but good. I liked that no plastic bottles with water were provided, good for sustainability. Price was low, good value for money. I used it for a one-night stay during travel and was satisfied with the low price, I didn't need anything more than a comfy bed and a breakfast, which I received.
Hotel Karkonosze has seen better times, it seems underinvested and lacks maintenance.
