Mainly we loved the variety and good quality of the breakfast. The staff were very professional and pick up the empty plates from our tables in order to have a tidy and clean table while we are having the breakfast.

I have missed to have a hand towel and also pair of disposable shoes because the floor is covered by a carpet and makes it very dirty if we used the shoes from outside. One of the pillows was a bit uncomfortable and some parts of the bathroom need to be repaired as soon as possible. BUT we would choose it again as our accommodation place cause the breakfast worths everything

Everything was great,friendly staff and helpful.It was a clean and quiet room.Very hot water.Value for money.

Some stuff need renovation.The bed was not very stable.The location is not suitable for someone who wants to walk to the center.It is little bit far.You need taxi or bus.

Great staff. There is a shopping center and many different shops nearby. The hotel is conveniently located on the autobahn, but not noisy. There is a gas station nearby. Very tasty breakfasts, a huge number of dishes to choose from. The room has everything you need. There is free parking for hotel guests.

Good location. Near the airport but with good public transport communication to the city centre. Nice hotel and polite personnel. The room was also good.

As far as there is a kettle in the room it'd be very nice to have there at least 2 tea bags.

Great price and location. Water bottles included in the room. We used the restaurant and it was very decent.

Water was much too hot. Even at the lowest heat setting it was just "cold" enough not to burn you. So to sum up, there was simply no cold water from the taps.

Wonderful breakfast and good restaurant! Staff allowed us to sit at bar area with our own drinks once bar closed!

A great base if you are planning car trips around Katowice or Silesia. Easy access from the highway, plenty of parking space. Comfortable room, good breakfast. Nearby there is a shopping center, supermarket, smaller grocery stores.

The hotel is near the highway; the noise of cars can disturb someone.

Great value hotel with a good food serving, restaurant. The hotel seemed fairly modern and clean, as was our rooms.

Could have done with a spare pillow as the one provided, wasn't enough for me.

Comfortable beds, breakfast, nice staff

I definitely did not like the muddy road to the hotel as there was not any pavement
