The room was a great size, very comfortable bed and a sofa area. Shower was a little tired and needs some tlc. The toilet was located too close to shower and was difficult to navigate when sitting down. Other than that everything was very good, the room was very clean with a small fridge. Located just outside the Old Town meant a nice walk in and out with the bonus of enjoying a quite area of the city. A great wine bar just 2 mins walk away and convineibve shops on the doorstep....would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Krakow...

No bar for a night cap and no safe for valuables.

The staff are incredible, so unbelievably helpful and kind. We had an issue with a trip we had booked separately and they worked really hard to help us fix it as well as being so friendly in every interaction. The room it's self was huge, we had a large bed and a sofa area in our room which we weren't expecting! It was so so clean too, our shower door came off the hinge and that was fixed immediately by the staff. The room is cleaned daily and topped up with bottles of water and fresh towels which was great. The breakfast is basic but fine. They had a small selection of cooked breakfast, fruit and lots of cheeses and meats as well as croissants and toast. It's nothing spectacular but it was more than enough to start the day. The hotel location is outside of the centre BUT it's only a 13 min walk from the hotel to the old town square and you get gorgeous views of the river on the walk so it's really not an issue at all. There's a corner shop just outside the hotel that was great for late night snacks etc and a cash machine which was ideal. Overall a brilliant hotel for our long weekend trip.

The only downside of this hotel was the pillows on the bed, they were very thin, but if that's the only downside of a hotel, honestly you're on to a winner

The room was very spacious, very clean. the bathroom was huge with amazing water pressure! The breakfast was great, fresh tasty food, hot, cold and sweets as well. Location is great, only a short walk to the old town. The bus stops near the hotel therefore the train station is easy to reach. Our room had a sofa, chairs, and a balcony as well. wlWe visited in November and the room was warm and cosy. Last day we left around 6:45am and the staff prepped us a lunch box since we missed breakfast. 100% recommend this hotel, if we visit Krakow again we will definitely return here.

The room was a little bit too hit for us. We kept the window open overnight.

Nice hotel with big , very warm and clean rooms. Οur room was very large with a separate lounge area. Νice breakfast , 24 hours recemption service and parking (for the parking have in mind to book in advance). Mini bar , possibility to make coffee and tea, every day room cleaning and staff very helpful and willing to help you with everything you need . One evening when we tοοκ our shower, the shower faucet broke and the next morning they had replaced it ( before even mention it to the recemption) . Ι highly recommend it .

Nothing .. everything was great

The hotel was obviously recently renovated and everything was new and clean. As detailed below, I found the breakfast excellent but the rest of my family did not. While the location is a bit away from everything you might want to visit, two grocery stores, two bakeries, ice cream, a general store and even a "quick burger" place are just a few steps away. It is a very quiet location.

I found the breakfast very good, but my wife found it only fair and our adult children didn't like it at all. Since we are lactose intolerant, we not eat any foods with cheese in them, which was too many of them; even the scrambled eggs had cheese in them. After the first morning we therefore went elsewhere to eat things like omelets (without cheese), pancakes, waffles, etc. Obviously the Hotel cannot fix this, but it is located on the "wrong" (south) side of the river where there is nothing to do. It takes a 15 minute walk to get anywhere interesting.

The stay at the hotel was very pleasant. Everything is very clean and tidy, the staff were very helpful and let us store our luggage before check-in which was super important to us. The hotel is right by the Vistula river and 10 minute walk from the castle. The breakfast was also excellent and offered great variety.

There wasn't much air at night and it was pretty hot, so when we wanted the remote for the AC for some circulation, they told us to try and turn off the heating in the room, and if we tried and it would still be hot, then we can come down to ask for the remote. I can understand it but it still had a bit of a bad taste. When we came again they gave the AC remote and it was ok. I still rated 10 in everything despite this because everything else was excellent.

Spotless clean friendly staff and great breakfast.Good variety of cereal fresh fruit and salads and sausages/eggs.Our room very spacious with blackout curtains and a sofa and chairs to relax in front of the television.Short walk across the river takes you to the castle and then a 20min walk to the squares and large choice of restaurants and bars. Bolt or uber very easy to get and only 3 or 4 euros takes u back to hotel after a night out. Tran/bus station 5 euro.. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing to dislike

The room was very large and comfortable. Angelica, at the front desk, was exceptional at helping us with questions, directions, storing excess baggage, and arranging tours and taxis. One of the nicest places we've stayed so far. The only downside is that it is not close to restaurants for dinner unless you want pizza (which was excellent) or hamburgers (which were also excellent. I had one with goat cheese roasted beets, caramelized onion and beet sauce). There are many good restaurants within a 25 minute walk, but we were too tired after walking all day. All in all, an excellent place to stay!

Great hotel very spacious rooms and really quiet area and quiet rooms. Nice breakfast included and staff helped us whenever we needed. Great packed breakfast for a day trip that we left before breakfast and they organised taxis for us.

It was all very good, about 15 or 20 min walk to old town but the spacious room and quietness made up for this. Could do with blackout curtains and the pillows were very soft, not my preference but reception tried to help with this.

The hotel was great! Very close to the city centre and approximately 10 minutes walk to the Wawel castle. Our room was clean, beautiful and had a great view at the castle. We arrived earlier than the check in time but we left our luggages there and when the room was ready the reception send us a message. The breakfast had many options and all of them were delicious. Definitely will choose it again if i get to be in Krakow any other time.

It would be convenient if the room provided slippers.
