Everything apart from one thing......

.......barman was useless. Couldn't mix cocktails & got ingredients wrong. Promised to bring another round of drinks over, which never materialised as he was serving people that had gone to the bar after me first ! We left in the end and went somewhere else.

Great location,close to everything you want to see in Karków. Good transport connection. My boys said best breakfast. Love the waffle maker in the morning. Friendly and lovely staff.

We booked for 4 people and we were placed in room of 3 people. They were expecting our 9y old to sleep with us on the bed. Reported that to the receptionist and quickly a bed was made for one more. Maintenance guy spotted a problem which he fixed instantly with the check in card socket.Then he said they should have offered you a joining room with door for your children. That would have been nice we thought, but couldn’t be bothered exhausted from the trip to go down to reception again and ask for that option.

Close to tram or bus stop. Its 1 tram away from my daughter’s place. Its in between the City Center of Krakow to Bunscha area. I’m already used to this hotel. I stayed here last year too, sometimes last week of August 2023 and went back in Sept 6, 2023.

It does not thoroughly clean the room; they don't scrub the corner of the shower floor, and you can see some mold around it. I can see they don't dust the area and vacuum often. My husband checked in under his name on January 1st, and then he left for the US. I stayed here with my dog from January 6 to January 13 on two different reservations. I hesitated to leave and move to a different hotel, but the staff were nice.

The location is great. Very close to everything while still hidding and shtering from traffic and noise. We got pretty lucky and had a room eith a view over the castle and the river. Also the breakfast, a feast. Every morning was a joy and we were looking forward to eat good and tasty (again and again). Especially the staff feom the breakfast shift were great. Attentive, professional and helpful!

1. The pillows! So stuffed and hard like rocks (it felt). 2. I almost slipped in the shower because the walls were already wet (my kid went first) and for whatever reasons I touched a wall and did not realise might cause a bad fall. 3. The toillete flush 😂. The water was coming too strong, fast and with preassure.. too sprinkly everywhere

Everything!!! The place was spotless, well managed, great location, lovely staff, good price, rooms and shower were amazing. Comfy bed! I would stay at this hotel every time I visited Krakow without hesitation.

Everything was perfect. Lovely hotel. However if I’m being picky. The breakfast could have had a little more choice and it’s a fair walk from the old town, but brilliant that there’s an electric scooter parking space right outside. I would prefer a double duvet on the double bed instead of two single duvets and the rooms were also very warm.

Excellent location. Although it is not exactly in the city center, there is a central junction nearby with excellent connections to the entire city area via light rail and buses. In addition, the hotel is quite new and clean and the breakfast is really delicious.

Hotel staff should think outside the box and allow hotel guests to store items that require refrigeration until they collect their luggage for their flight. It doesn’t require any major preparation and it’s always better to be there for your guests…

Good quality sheets and towels. Close to supermarkets, close to parking places.

I wouldn't consider that room suitable for 4 persons. The extra bed is for 1 person, the big bed is for 2. When we made the reservations, we had put the ages of the kids ( 8 and 11) and they should have known it is not enough space for all of us (the adults are both an M). Pay attention to put the "do not disturb" sign if you don't want the cleaning lady to come in (for us, when they came in, they changed the towels even if they were not in the floor and threw away some stuff from the table that they thought it was garbage; some extra toilet paper tissues would have been enough for us, but, on my opinion, it was too much cleaning done for the little amount of time we spent there).

Ac works very well

The room wasn't super clean. There was a coffe on the curtains and little plast things in the the floor. The staff was a little angry of me when i came because i have to signature on the papper and he said first "inside" so i didn't knew what does he meant, he said inside 3 times and then i knew that he mean in the next page, but this reaction wasn't good and i became angry also. I came 18/07/2024 about 20:30 o'clock.

1.Parking situation. We didn’t book parking, but reception could have suggested that we can park free on the very street near the hotel or next to Congress Building-staff from there were more friendly, saying that if no Off Camera Gala Event on Saturday, 04May2024, we could have left the car there. What I’m saying is that there were free options near by, as locals also recommended. 2.Bed-matrimonial bed was not comfortable at all. Extra bed for kid- the same. 3.First evening, when ordering from bar a drink and said to the waitress, “put it on my room”, she checked and said I need to pay in advance ( not later) because I’m not allowed this benefit due to not having a deposit, but when checking-in front desk didn’t mention anything about this. So, I felt a bit uncomfortable.
