Location is okay, you can go for a 15 min walk and you are already in the city center, with views to Wisła and Wawel Castle on the way. Definitely, the breakfast was the best from the stay in my opinion: huge variety of food and drinks, also healthy non processed things, so, it was perfect.

Related to the rooms, I had bigger expectations. Room was kinda small, the cover of the bed was a bit broken in some sides... I don't know, when you see the hotel itself, you think is a great modern style hotel, but then the rooms were a bit meh.

The breakfast was very good, we absolutely could go through the entire day, with that meal. The view from the rooms and from the restaurant is spectacular. It's for those who can walk a few kilometres, but for them it's located perfectly.

The toilet was leaking, so we had to close the pipes during the night. Also we could hear the arriving guests nextdoor every night.

Great location right on the Vistula bank. It was very nice to have walks on the river bank. If you like walking this is the place! We also liked that the place has a garage, however, it’s located underground and very steep. A decent breakfast for a price.

It was difficult to get in due to road being under construction (but it’s not the hotel’s fault)

Clean room with great views. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. The 2 restaurants in the hotel are very good. The beds are very comfortable and soft. The only thing I found weird was that the Blue Swan and Niebieski hotel shared 1 reception.

The gym/fitness is very small, it feels like you're in a closet.

it’s an unusual set up - two hotels using the same reception. The location is good, quiet facing the river - we had a lovely view from our room - yet there is a tram terminus outside with numbers 1 and 2 providing very frequent service into the city centre. Our room was OK and fine for a night or two. Breakfast was pretty good - nice to get bacon, scrambled eggs and beans for a change. Staff were extremely helpful, especially when I needed help with a couple of things.

Everything exceeded my expectations! Staff were excellent! I felt really welcomed and supported! I loved the room with beautiful view from the balcony. Slept really well. Thank you for good experience!

There is no elevator. But the staff helped me with my heavy luggage!

This 3 star hotel is next tot the same 5 star one and spa salon. We stayed twice in the beginning of your travelling and in the end. There were washing soaps and lotions, comfy and clean new bedsheets and great drying panel so it can dry out any type of washed clothes and towels. These rooms had great view of the river from the balcony. All the roooms are quite. Even if you have dogs next door. The breakfast we took the second time and it was great! The greatest past is water and tea bags with a kettele for this amount of payment. If you want to go the city center and dvorszec - tram 2 is ok. The stop is Salvator

The rooms were quite comfy but the second room was a bit smaller and the facilities like TV were placed in a strange way and there was no duvet cover and an additional pillow in the second room. but they were in the first room.

The hotel is next to the Vistula, near to the Wavel. The reception lady was kind and helpful, our room was tiny but comfortable. On request we have got a room with river sight which was beautiful. The buffet breakfast was delicious and colorful we tried a lot of polish speciality.

Great location just by the Vistual river. There are the Wawel castle and Kościuszko mound in a walking distance from the hotel. Convenience store nearby, tram stop by the hotel. Great breakfasts with spectacular view if you sit outside - restaurant has a balcony, riverside with overview of the Wawel, boats. Still, as location is by the end of the riverside walkpath, it is silent and uncrowed place. Also great place for a run or bike as bike path towards both centre and outskirts starts by the hotel. They also have bike rental on-site. Note, there are not so many places in the underground parking, so you may find it full, if not booked in advance.

Bed in our apartment (201) was narrow - some 120-130cm max, quite uncomfortable to sleep if you're a couple of rather tall people, as we do. Similar problem with shower: there was narrow shower, round-style. Both could be much wider/biger as there is do a lot of empty space in both bathroom and the room.
