Close to the town centre...very easy to walk to. Fantastic view of the river and castle so long as you booked a room on that side of the building. Plenty of choice for a continental breakfast. Water given everyday in the rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Answered emails to questions before the trip quite quickly. We couldn't make use of the breakfast one morning due to a very early trip we had booked on so the hotel provided us with a very nice packed lunch to take with us.

The towels were thin...but clean. Whole hotel could do with a little updating with the decor and maybe a few extra amenities in the room..ie a small fridge, a safe...another chair to sit on as only one provided. But overall, it was designated a 3* rating and it was perfectly adequate for 4 nights... Only one pillow each..I like two...but then that could just be a personal preference.

We liked the view, the location and the spacious room. The breakfast was very complete with lots of options. Very cute also that the last day that we had very early check in they gave us a bag with the breakfast that we were about to miss.

The cleaning was a bit average and I believe with a bit of effort inside the building and in the rooms it can really add value. Also a bit problematic that there were no blinders or blackout curtains.

Location, location, location! I booked deluxe room with castle view, and it was amazing :) Highly recommend this option Great staff, very friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was better than average.

The room had some wear and tear, for example damaged vent grill. But I was there at the end of season, so I'd give the hotel some credits in this area.

Breakfasts were simple but fully satisfying, with a beautiful view of the Royal Castle. Very convenient, quiet and well-connected location. Spacious apartment.

Just an advise - not all rooms have view on the river (obviously) and they are not distinguished while booking - if you care - made an extra request.

Breakfasts were complete and rich. Fresh pastries, vegetables, and fruits filled me with strength at the beginning of the day. It's a pity that the restaurant and bar were not open in the evenings.

In the shower you need to change the handle on the shower faucet. It is also advisable to update the flush buttons on the toilet

The room was much bigger than I was expecting, which was a pleasant surprise. True to the description, it was situated right by the Vistula river, with the view on the Royal Castle. Breakfast (served from 7 AM to 10 AM) had a large variety of delicious food, including freshly baked croissants. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and for a relatively cheap price I will definitely visit again.

I geniuenly cannot think of anything that I would dislike about it. If I really had to, I would say the accessibility to the place might be a little tricky if someone doesn't know the city; coming from the central train station, I somehow found myself by the back entrance, with my only clue to the hotel's location being a large poster, partially covered by growing plants.

Ideal location, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, free parking places always available. All in all, I would definitely come back.

Our room had windows to the street, and they were not really soundproof. Even late evenings we could hear well the noise from outside.

Great location. One of the best view in Krakow! Free parking! (Probably not always available) Very reasonable price. Very fresh and clean bathroom as for such an old hotel. Important: I don't suggest to book a room without view here. It's only make sense to have the one with Wawel view, otherwise just book some other cheap hotel.

If you won't book a room with a view then I would expect rather negative feedbacks (hotel is quite old. Not bad! just old) Breakfast is rather not ok (but it's in the room with amazing river view which is also important)

Hotel for people who values silence and want to rest from noice of the city traffic and crowd and not been woken up by noise of Krakow’s trams )) One from rare which has no any roads or railways behind the windows but only beautiful views for river and ancient castle with famous Krakow’s dragon. Even Sheraton has no such awesome views for river and castle directly from your room’s window. Towels and laundry are fresh. Personnel are very kind. The price is very acceptable. Recommends to stay here!

The hotel is very well located with a superb view on the castle, the room was spatious, the bed comfortable and the people at reception very friendly and helpful.

Nothing, the restarant wasn't open because it wasn't the season yet but it's something that i would like to try next time i'm in Warsaw.
