This hotel has 5 stars . However, it was not like that . Cleaning , free parking , location and comfort were very good

Spa were closed when we were there , but the point is that firstly reception said that it is open between 4pm to 10pm . Then , we tried to go spa and they said that it is closed . So , what’s happened we did not know . The most disappointing part was breakfast . Breakfast is really important for us . And we were in krakow , we expected that they would have served their traditional breakfast food or it should have been more rich open menu . Because hotel has 5 stars. So what we encounter ? Very poor breakfast menu like having 2 or 3 stars. And this breakfast has 68 zł per person. This is also another point. You can have a richer and quality breakfast in old city and cheaper than the hotel.

Beautiful location, nice, comfortable rooms.

A bit worn down carpets- lots of stains (room & corridors). Don’t see the point to put plastic mattress protectors on bed- it feels cheap & hot. Staff polite, but lack of customer friendly approach.

Breakfast was ok, but nothing special.

Location is not good, unless you have a car. Hotel is clean but kind of old style. I will not stay there for my next trip to Krakow.

This was a fantastic priced room. The hotel is very grand in appearance but seems quiet. It's a bit out of the centre but easy to travel to by either train, tram or bus. A bolt taxi was less than £3. There is a wee shopping arcade in the housing area behind the hotel about 5 mins walk with restaurant, supermarket, etc and it was lovely to mix with Polish people there. The staff were lovely and had way more English than we have Polish, granted that's almost zero!

We didn't have breakfast so can't comment. The food was not good on the one day we tried, perhaps explaining the empty restaurant.

Clean and large room.

Description and name of hotel deceiving. Spa not open und gym facilities outdated. This is not a five star hotel. The hotel would better fare to change description to reflect reality and remove the 5 stars, to avoid disappointment as it is a nice hotel with very good value for money.

Location is wonderful Room itself it very clean and comfortable Reception desk is very helpful

Pure breakfast in the apartment there were almost nothing from the kitchenware - impossible to cook something, which is very bad considering the price paid No natural ventilation in the room - when windows closed becomes very hot Sofa in the guest room isn’t adopted for a sleep No spa Price is very high

Beautiful hotel and grounds with easy access to krakow old town via Bus or Tram. Staff treated us great and free parking on site too. Large and comfortable rooms but as we only stayed for one night, we didn’t use the restaurant and bar but Im sure they would have been great if visited too.

Unfortunately the spa facilities and pool were not open and don’t seem to have been for some time due to maintenance renovations

The room was wheelchair accessible, bathroom with wet room and rails- lot of room in the hotel , easy for wheelchair. Bus stop very close, all buses are wheelchair accessible. The hotel is in a location that has easy access to the public transport to go to the aiport or to the city centre in under 20 min. Good value for money with easy access to the city centre. Restaurant is good. Bar always open. Nice and helpful staff. Thank you

Breakfast , is all good food but should be more internal.

Friendly staff, parking in the price of booking. Not bad value for money, especially if you travel by car and don’t mind driving to city center.

You can feel that the place was not renovated for quite some time. Pillows are terrible. Poor water pressure on upper floors. Kitchenette in the family apartment lacks basic equipment.

nice and quiet place. Some restaurants and shops close by. The facilities are there but during our stay the spa was under renovation and the pool was closed, but that was not really an issue for us since the goal was to have a nice clean room to sleep in, which we got.

A bit too far from the city centre. On booking it said it was about 2.3km from the city center when in reality it was more like 4-5km. Thankfully uber was fairly cheap about 30PLN so getting to the city center was okish.
