There’s room for improvement. The room could have been a bit cleaner, and the lighting felt dim, making it less comfortable. The bathroom lacked some essentials, like slippers and a wider range of toiletries, which would have been appreciated. Additionally, the staff could have been a bit more polite and attentive to make the experience more welcoming. With some improvements, it could be much better.”

The room's size is good (we were 4 people), jacuzzi is great (it's big, has lights)- kids really enjoyed it. The room was organized by stuff on daily base, towels are changed frequently - and we didn't asked for it. The stuff is very nice and polite. There are few groceries near the hotel.

During the night aluminium legs of the reserve bed were curved (maybe I'm too heavy) - it was reported to stuff and day after I was questioned if we have damaged it and during conversation it was mentioned that could be I will be requested to pay the fee. Eventually they understood that it's due to old materials of the bad, but it was unpleasant to being suspected. But except that small incident, the hotel was good.

Location really good walking or tram to city centre - nice local amenities and transport links, they have 24h gym and sauna which was free and amazing - cafe onsite looked lovely but we didn't go - staff really helpful when asked

We were on top floor, the roof is very low in half the room as it slants, a lot of head banging and trying to be cautious and some of the ceiling was cracked a bit in the bathroom and the room looked old but stylish so it was good :)

Instructions for aircon not clear so spent first evening red hot. No milk in room or notes to say you can get this from the cafe downstairs Also when paying by card it's asks you to pay either PLN or GBP - I was unsure so went with the familiar option GBP meaning I ended up paying more for the stay from what I was quoted on booking.com

We stayed 4 nights in this nice hotel in Krakow. The location is very good, 15-20 minutes from the center (Stare Miasto), you can walk practically to all the attractions of the city, such as the castle, Oskar Schlindler's Factory, the main square, the Jewish quarter, the river bank, etc. For the lazy ones who are not big fans of walks, there is a tram or bus stop right in front of the hotel. The room had everything you need to have a pleasant stay, tastefully decorated and modern. The breakfast has been fantastic, with a great variety, from scrambled eggs, bacon, grilled vegetables, salads, pancakes, sweets, fruits, cheeses, oatmeal, toasts, ham, etc, etc. I would like to give a special thanks to all the staff in charge of the breakfast, particularly Anastasiia, who took care of all my requests always with a smile and in a professional manner. However , generally speaking, all the hotel staff was kind and approachable. In the surroundings you can find beautiful bars and restaurants so won't have to walk long distances for a nice meal. Overall, an excellent stay in the INX hotel and I would totally recommend to stay there.

There was a guest who used the sauna next to the fitness room and everytime I used the gym, it was wet all around, not very pleasant, but this is not the hotel's fault, but lack of manners of this person.

There is always music playing in the corridors which is loud enough to hear in your room. This is frustrating and disruptive - especially when trying to sleep. I'd prefer to come back to a quiet room where I don't have to listen to music as there is enough noise in the city - in restaurants, cafes, shops, taxis, etc. There is noise everywhere. Please make the hotel a place to relax and unwind in a quiet space. Turn the music off.

Every corner of the hotel, from the lobby to the rooms, was maintained to the highest standards of hygiene and order. Moreover, the rooms were excellently soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful and restful night's sleep. I was able to relax completely without any disturbances, which greatly enhanced my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly service, delicious breakfast, immaculate cleanliness, and superbly quiet rooms. It was a truly memorable experience.

Our stay was fantastic. Hotel in nice location away from old town crowds, and still convenient to the Jewish quarter. Bed was so comfy, and room was very quiet, always spotless. Great monetary value too, especially given the time of year. I would like to take this opportunity to give thanks to all staff, from reception to cleaners. They did an amazing job, went above and beyond for us in their duties. They made this probably the best hotel we've ever stayed at.

The rooms are lovely and clean. The bathroom is big and spacious. The breakfast is delicious and they offer a variety of food. The restaurant staff is wonderful and very kind. The Hotel location is amazing and very close to food markets, and by tram, you arrive at the center very fast. The station is right outside the hotel.

The beds are good but not great. The extra bed is not comfortable at all, not to mention it folds back as you lay down. The lobby bar staff (young girl) on the first day was amazing and kind, but we did not have the same luck the other nights.

We arrived late in the evening and were warmly welcomed by the staff member in reception. We were delighted to find out that we had been upgraded to a beautiful room with a balcony, which was an unexpected surprise. The decor, style and cleanliness were all excellent as was the service from the hotel staff. The location is also good - it's about a 20-25 minute walk from the main square, and there are some great bars and restaurants in the immediate area.
