Very friendly helpful staff. On arrival, the reception staff greeted us and gave us a very good overview of the city tourist attractions and surrounding area. We were within walking distance (along the vibrant Vistula river) from the main city market square. Breakfast menu offered many choices and the staff were super friendly and efficient. So was Italian pizza restaurant connected with hotel. The spa /sauna /roman steam bath was terrific once we tried it. Sadly, we didn’t take the time to enjoy this complimentary experience more. We recommend this experience from day 1 of your stay! The bicycle hire was also well priced and a good experience. Overall, we had a great experience staying at this hotel. Thank you kindly.

Firm beds, and street construction & roadways (but that cannot be helped as progress must take place).

It was all like advertised ! Price has been significantly reduced to compensate for the construction work in the north side street. I've got good guidance how to approach the hotel despite "road closed" signs. Despite some traffic inconvenience the price more than compensated the trouble. Also, the construction works didn't bother me at all. Quite the contrary, due to road closure, the nights have been very quiet. Staff very kind, friendly, helping. Breakfast very good, fresh organic food as usual in Europe.

Loved the location by the river and being able to walk into centre and/or get an Uber - will be even better when the tram link is finished. Only down side was the construction work outside but only a small issue. We upgraded to a twin room facing the river and it was excellent - room large with plenty of storage and bathroom with an excellent shower. Only small issue was air conditioning not working properly but as on first floor able to leave window open. Weather fantastic so able to sit outside for drinks/cocktails and ate once at Pizza restaurant which was fab!

Construction outside hotel but understand that it will improve the links into centre. Air conditioning did not seem to work properly.

The room was spacious with an excellent view of the river. I booked a massage at the Vanilla spa located inside the hotel, very professional and relaxing. I ln addition to the breakfast, I ate two meals at the restaurant inside the hotel it was delicious

Couple things that could have been better one completely within the hotel’s control the other completely out of their hands. First the fitness center had odd hours I woke up early to workout as most people who work out do and the fitness center was closed. Second the construction that blocks off the entire area and makes it difficult to get to shops nearby and is quite an eyesore. This is not the hotels fault but it did lessen the stay somewhat.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Walk-in shower in bathroom was good. Very handy location for the old city and castle, just a 15 minute walk along the riverbank from the hotel. Food was very good, dinner was excellent! Lovely having breakfast on the balcony overlooking the beautiful river. Hotel was just a 25min drive away from the airport, quick and easy and very cheap by taxi.

Nothing really.

Breakfast was early and it is so nice. All the food they prepared were good. Location is a bit far from the city center but if you want a peaceful environment, the location is for you. All their facilities were nice and in good condition even the rooms. Highly recommended to stay here. Staffs were also nice.

Fresh, clean and the staff and food were great.

My road was road side and it was currently closed off for major road works and the 1 day we didn’t have to get up early… the road works started at 6:30am! If I had of been pre warned I would have paid extra for a room on the other side, especially as the hotel wasn’t overly busy. I had enquired about moving rooms before arriving so we had a river view and I wish they had of informed me

What went well? Everything. The hotel hosted my daughters wedding party. We stayed a few days before and after. There is absolutely nothing they could have done better. Food-Excellent. Breakfast-Excellent. Staff-Excellent and so accommodating. The catering staff knocked it out of the park. Facilities-Excellent. Spa-Excellent. I am difficult to please and this property has made me a life-long customer. Thank you! If I have to find one thing to improve on... Maybe a couple more flavors of lody :)

Leaving

Being by the River Wisła, although I couldn't see the Wawel Castle from my window. There was a bus right outside the hotel which took us into the centre of Kraków. Being away from the centre of town was a bonus - it was quiet at night.

The curtains are too thin. I would have appreciated blinds and/or blackout. The street lights shone directly into my room and I also woke early in the morning.

We liked the riverside location with a lovely view from our room. The restaurant is excellent and our waiter Michael was a delight. The outdoor terrace was lush with nice view and great ambiance. I had Caesar Salad which was the best I’ve ever seen. Fresh with warm chicken. …and all of this at 9:30 at night. The rooms were cozy and quiet. Great shower. Now I feel like I’m OTT but we’ll be back!!!

I didn’t like leaving after only one night. We’ll be back..!!!
