Great location, with a nice view of the bridge. Easy to get to city center, great spots for a walk or run along the Vistula river. The room had everything we needed, and looked just like in the photos. Coffee pods were provided in the room. Loved the included breakfast. Also the staff was young and friendly. A nice touch were the Santa Claus themed slippers, which they provided during our Christmas stay there.

Yeah, you can hear some noise from the trams, but it’s not that big a deal. We got used to them and actually slept really well, even if we had a corner room. Also, some deep cleaning might be needed in places.

Nice cozy hotel, with spacious and clean rooms. Nicely located, next to the vistula river. We had a river view room, which was a nice extra. Especially during the november/december months, when the bridges are full of christmas lights. Hotel is also located perfectly. Outside the crowded touristic areas, but within max 30 min walking distance, depending or where you want to go. The jewish part of town is aprox 15 min walk and the main square (city centre) 20-25 min. Great value. I mean, where can you find a proper 4 star hotel within walking distance nowadays? We paid like € 350 for 4 nights.

The hotel itself was very warm, a bit too warm if you ask me. It is not the most quiet hotel in town. Krakows Tram system is huge, so there is a lot of noise coming out from outside traffic.

Really nice, spacious and well-decorated room. Good bathroom, too. Room was on the top floor and opened out to a private roof terrace, which I absolutely loved. Friendly staff. Checking in and out was quick and easy. Waffles and the breakfast tray were great. Well-located. Would definitely stay again

Was a little confused with the breakfast. Had the waffles my first morning and they were great. I was also presented with bread, items to go with it (cheeses etc.) and some juice. It was all great but felt like a lot of food. As a result, the next day I opted for the oatmeal and only got the oatmeal plus the drink I'd ordered. The day after, I opted for the vegan breakfast (15 pln extra off the top of my head), which I personally don't think was too great - had wanted the waffles again initially but was told it would be a long wait. I got the tray with this option and again, felt like a lot of food.

The room was lovely, we booked a superior room and it seemed we got a slight upgrade as we also had a balcony which I wasn't sure was included with the room but was an added bonus! The breakfast was amazing, you get so much food! It's a really nice change from the buffet breakfast at most hotels.

I thought the room i stayed in, number 21, could do with some coat hooks on the door, some little milk pods or something for the coffee machine and I think the room could do with a safe just because that's what I'm used to having to put my passport in

The breakfast was very good, enjoyed the fact you could order off the menu so no food waste. Beds were very comfortable, extra pillows also available on request. Room very clean and spacious. Good location to town overall a good experience

Waitresses a little slow, took half an hour second morning to take order and served other people who came off the street before seeing to us. Had asked twice for some assistance, only when we approached the receptionist did she go to kitchen staff and waitresses to take our orders. Third morning no problem, went down for 8am and it seemed a lot better x

Beautiful clean apartment, great location only 3 stops by tram #13 to Wawel Castle, 5 stops to old town. Walking distance to Kazimierz district, just a cross the bridge. Lovely view on Vistula river. Nice and helpful staff at the check in. Rooms have AC 😊

Expensive parking 80zł per day, should be included in the price of the hotel room or simply cheaper. Not the best service at breakfast. We were not lucky with the 3 orders of eggs Benedict. They came hard boiled and all over the plate. The flavor was not right too. The next day around 10am we ask for extra bread and the answer was “we don’t have any more bread.” I thought the breakfast was served till 10:30-11AM. and after breakfast restaurant was open for brunch A la carte. Quite disappointing experience. I love Polish bread!

I love the property was tucked away and quite small for a hotel. We had a corner suite and the views were amazing and the room was clean, modern and a great size almost felt like a small apt. The staff were so lovely and the breakfast was great, filled up for the day with lots of choice. Excellent location as well just a short walk from the main areas making it easy to explore Krakow

The only downside is you are next to a main tram line and busy road. In all fairness we couldn’t hear the traffic it was more the tram but we took ear plugs and had no issue

Great location in a neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and close to public transport. The old town is also an easy walk from the hotel. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean with a beautiful view over the river. The heating was perfect for autumn. The breakfast is tasteful, but way to big. It feels like wasting food. But you can order separate dishes and then you don’t need to take the whole breakfast.

The hotel is next to a very busy road and not well isolated. You can hear the traffic the whole time and struggle to sleep with all the noise.

The suite we booked exceeded our expectations as the suite was really big and we had a beautiful view of the river. It was also very clean and we were warmly welcomed by the staff who were very helpful and extremely friendly with any questions or queries. The breakfast was very tasty and there was plenty of choice. The location was very convenient, as we could reach everything very quickly by cab or public transport.

I must honestly say that nothing was missing and we really liked everything, so our stay at the Bridge Suites Hotel deserves a decent 10 out of 10.

I really liked how the hotel looked inside - it was super modern and beautiful, hotel werk on interior a lot, so, thats a huge advantage. Room size is giant.

There was a lot of noise coming from the next room, like they were talking non-stop all the night and morning (!). Near our bed was s door to that room, so we heard all absolutely clear all the time and didn't rested well. In the restaurant you can't order the extra meals which wasn't great. One breakfast = one meal.
