Our room was clean and there was no smells. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was good size for multiple people to get ready for the day. Loved the view of the stadium ( lights at night ) Hallways were clean. Building was quiet for sleeping. Walking distance from the mall, stadium, kids play ground, Starbucks. Great location what we were looking for.

No information on how to get breakfast. We did not know we needed a reservation. Room was hot ( temp was hot outside ) Wish we could have had just plain sheets to sleep with. Was missing a kitchen towel to dry dishes. There was 4 of us and not enough room to sit at the table to eat. Only three chairs. Communication was not too clear about the restaurants in the same building. Drop off and pick up at the front of the building is not good. We were dropped off at the end of the street as there was no place to let us out and also picked up. Drivers seemed to be worried about stopping where they should not suppose to.

I loved it!! I wanted a cheap room, close to the train station and within walking distance so I could get back to my journey to the airport (on the train) the following day. To find the room had a great shower, to, fridge, microwave and some plates and cups and cutlery, was a GREAT surprise. Not connected to the hotel, but, none of the bars/restaurants accepted bank cards, or even €, £ or $. They were all insistent on Pl Zlotti ONLY!! Luckily the convenience store close by, facilitated me!

Nothing could have been better

Everyone was making an effort to make my stay a wonderful experience. The staff was always there to answer questions and help out. Contacting the hotel went very smoothly. I arrived before check in time, but still the staff managed to give me a room quickly which I am especially thankful for. The location was perfect because I was travelling to Warsaw for a concert at the PGE Narodowy. Thank you very much, thank you especially Viktoria, and hope to see you soon!

Very good hotel in the city centre, the price is good for the quality, we even got a better room than we ordered which was super cool. The rooms were clean and the kettle, fridge and oven were so great! There is Żabka grocery store very near, the parking in front of the hotel was empty so we could use it without problems. The rooms are quiet if you have those that don't have windows to the main road. We were very pleased!

While the B&B is a good half hour walk from Warsaw's old town, it was a good walk that I enjoyed. The room itself was clean and quiet for good sleeping. Breakfast was ample and excellent with hot scrambled eggs, sausage and pancakes. the staff was welcoming and friendly. I will stay there again next time I am in Warsaw.

Everything was fine

The hotel room is clean, beautiful and spacious. The staff is friendly and polite. The location is simply ideal for city visitors, a short walk from the bus stop and the train station. The towels and bed linen are snow-white. The bathroom is sparkling clean. The soap in the bathroom smelled delicious. There was a kettle in the room, dishwashing liquid.

Unfortunately the refrigerator was not working.

Because of the late flight I arrived to the hotel after midnight. Though, the reception was already closed, the staff left the room key in the special box and sent me the password via SMS before my arrival - it was super helpful! The room was clean and even had an electric cooked - perfect for longer stays.

It was little bit noisy because of the busy traffic outside, even with the closed window.

The room is clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is really convenient, close to the train station. The breakfast is quite ordinary, but it could have been a bit more varied.

The walls in the building are thin, and we were able to hear our neighbors, but maybe they were just really loud.

The place was comfy, good for a short stay. The room had everything necessary. A good value for money

If you like to sleep with an open window please keep in mind that the hotel is located on a busy street and that there will be some city noise. Best to bring earplugs then. When the windows are closed, the room is very quiet.

The room was just like the photos. The staff was very friendly. We arrived very early in the morning and they had prepared a key for us in a key box. They also let us store our luggage for a few hours in between our check out and airport check in.

The room could have been a little cleaner. It was obvious that it hadn't been vacuumed behind the beds. It also happened 3 times that other guests entered our room by mistake.
