This is truly charming place. The interiors are arranged with exceptional taste. The room I stayed in was comfortable. I appreciated air conditioning as it gets cold around late autumn in Poland.

The water needs to run for a while to get warm, but I believe part of the problem is that this is pre-war architecture. It could be that pipes would need to be renovated in the whole building for things to work properly.

Good value for the price. Location was pretty good, we appreciated, hard mattress, spacious shower and various amenities (shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and conditioner included), 24/7 reception and kind receptionist :).

Building surroundings - next to the club/pub, a bit dirty, lot of flies at the entrance. The apartment is on 3rd floor without elevater which might be a problem for some. It is an old building (nice polished for photos but still old) so a bit loudy.

Nice interior design, helpful staff, comfy beds

Noisy corridor door - every time other guests were walking there the door were shutting and my room was just next by, so annoying and loud. Very poor internet signal - it worked only to the entrance door to my room. No elevator - while having a heavy luggage you need to carry it to the 2nd or 3rd floor

It was so stylish! And the buth tub after the long cold day was a life saver. Everything was cute starting from the little pillows finishing with the bed sheets. Little toiletries for convenience.

It's a bit noisy as it is by the night club.

NOW LISTEN! This place is one of a kind! Apparently blessed by non other than NERGAL himself. Now, you just need to go there and admire the decor, the general taste, the close to steampunk impression of the place. Old pianos? You got it! Spacious, tall rooms? Check-in and admire the ropes hanging form the ceiling attached to the bed. And wait, there is more! The place has a 24 hour reception and a bar open 24 hours a day! The prices are moderate and, honestly, affordable. Don't get me wrong - this place is not a hotel, with a private bathroom, boring room service and a free soap bar. But it does not need to be. This is not what the Loft 22 is about. It is about style, originality and... this subtle something you just need to feel once there. Does it have comfy beds? Campanile has better ones. Windows? Probably need to change those guys... Doors? Could be more sound proof.... etc... But no, oh my dear sir, no! The place has the atmosphere yet to be matched by my various journeys. Keep up the good work! P.S. You also get to admire Kumar. ;)

Some parts of the decor are done willy-nilly. Please pay attention to detail as well.

This is the best place in Warsaw for people who love unusual places. We loved it with every inch of our hearts. Each room is unique and feels like a photoshoot set up.

You will need to walk up the stairs. We didn’t mind, but they are steep.

Second time staying here and this place did not dissapoint. Will stay again if in Warsaw. Good location, free parking, pretty room and friendly stuff.

In shower you need to wait for a minute to get the hot water at least in our room.

Great atmospheric rooms, friendly staff. Originally booked one of the smaller rooms which was just fine, but decided to upgrade to a larger room after the staff giving us a guided tour of the place. Great breakfast. Hot showers. Would stay there again. Don't be put off by the entrance. It's tucked away and doesn't look like a hotel front at all but inside it's full of charm.

Well designed space with many interesting interior design solutions. You may find a translucent door here or there, a swing, interesting woodwork. The breakfast was sufficient and well displayed as a buffet. Great place overall!

The interior is great, the location is good, but the ad doesn't mention that there are two bars in the same courtyard, which is a bit disturbing. Also, the bed is super uncomfortable, because of the spiral bed, it's full of noises when you turn around.
