We loved the location. It was peaceful and we enjoyed renting the e scooters for transportation. The service at the beach was appreciated, even though we arrived after morning, the gentleman working was able to accommodate us sun beds and space under an umbrella. The bartender at the beach and in the lobby were both talented. Maya in the spa was also wonderful. Our favorite staff member was Wojciech. He had a greeting for us each time we saw him. He offered suggestions for what to do around town and in general just made us feel welcomed and important. Our least favorite was the Xander restaurant, this will not affect our review of your hotel because we realize it’s a separate entity but the food and the service were extremely underwhelming and we were very disappointed.

The Xander restaurant was very disappointing. We were expecting much more from a Michelin star establishment. This was our first experience with a Michelin star and while we realize the restaurant was understaffed and our waiter was doing his best, the food was terrible so what is the excuse there? The shrimp were overcooked, our bread arrived after the first course was finished, my pasta was not hot, the wine poured seemed small and the dessert was just ok. Honestly, our waiter was inexperienced but nice. We told him everything was great because he really did try his best.

My overall experience in this hotel was very outstanding, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, our breakfasts were delicious and the staff in the hotel were top class. I would like to make a special mention to a gentleman called Wojciech who was the Portier in the Hotel, from start to finish he made us feel welcomed and looked after, specially during our checkout when we encountered mechanical difficulties with our vehicle ... during a public holiday. My husband and I are foreigners and do not speak Polish and Wojciech went above and beyond his duties to help us troubleshoot our issue, call our insurance to have them sent us a tow truck, made us comfortable in the lobby while we waited and was very detailed oriented during our stressful situation. The cherry on the cake, he served as our interpreter with the tow truck driver and called a comfortable taxi to get us to the train station comfortably so we could go back home. If it were possible, I would give this Hotel eleven points just out of the outstanding care and costumer focused approach which Wojciech demonstrated to us. We will definitely return and we hope to meet Wojciech once more.

A nice hotel with a big warm swimming pool and SPA. The restaurant was adorable, live music in in thr lobby every evening, where you can sip some drinks or have a snack. Service and pernonnel in general wery attentive and helpful indeed 🥰. We loved the place indeed 🤗🤗🤗

Some minor inconveniences were related to plumbing (bathroom equipment) failures in the room and at the swimming pool shower. Also, one morning a cleaning lady entered our room while we were still in bed 😅

The jacuzzi should not be broken. We should have been notified before we got there. I like with my family using jacuzzi. Lastly I called twice that our sink was clogged nobody came to fix it All employees were very helpful. Spa employees were amazing The breakfast was the best ever. Love the quality of food. Also gym must have internet because people like to watch online classes to workout on machines. You should put internet extender like Eero. Thank you for everything. We booked two rooms for two families: Standard via booking and Junior Suite directly via hotel site. And we were very pleased with free of charge upgrade from Junior to luxury Royal Suite. Thank you so much to the hotel for that nice compliment. The hotel personnel are very friendly and helpful, facilities and pool are amazing. Breakfast was very good, kids enjoyed self-made waffles, but it would be good to have a fresh juice and live cooked fried eggs. There is a very convenient parking, that should be reserved in advance. Distance to the beach is about 7 mins walk via nice park and about 20 mins walking to the central part of the city.

The room was great, very good breakfast and very nice with a separate part on the beach. The Spa and relax area was also super!

The extra/single bed was extremely hard and not very comfortable.

An extraordinary and unique Hotel. The whole atmosphere, styling was royal and of high class. Quiet and peaceful. Especially enjoyed the restaurant and arts.The location in Sopot is perfect. Could be one of the best hotels I've ever been to. Much better than Radissons, Continentals, Marriotts or any other 4/5 star chain hotels I've been to.

Perfect location with walking distance to the beach and to the centre of Sopot, yet in a very quiet area. The bed was incredibly comfortable I hadn’t slept that well in ages! Loved the vast breakfast, fine dining experience and the pool was a lot of fun for my son and me! Very comfortable hotel and very pleasant and helpful staff. A very restful and recharging 2 nights before our return back home. My son really enjoyed the well equipped and maintained kids room! We were greeted by a very pleasant young man who took our luggage to our room and waited for the taxi with us when we checked out to help us load our luggage in the car. Very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere throughout!

This hotel looked like the goto place for a weekend or a short getaway. For the price I paid I would have expected breakfast to be included as it was in other hotels in the area. I was disappointed that I was not allowed to charge breakfast and dinner to my room in fact after dinner I had to go back to my room with my very sleepy son to get my wallet to pay for dinner. I mentioned this to the staff who all told me “sorry about that.” I have never been to a hotel where I can’t charge the costs of my stay to my room. This was an inconvenience for me. The room was very comfortable but had only a small window and was dark even during the daytime. The bath plug wasn’t sealing properly therefore water was draining gradually when having a bath.

I thought it was at times a little chaotic at breakfast, although the breakfast was very nice. A shame to have to pay additionally to use the private beach- this should be included in the stay.
